ABSTRAK
Es cream merupakan jajanan yang banyak diminati oleh berbagai kalangan masyarakat. Tetapi es
cream yang paling banyak diminati yaitu es cream yang terdapat dipedesaan yang dikenal
dengan es puter. Namun saat ini produksi es puter di pedesaan masih tradisonal seperti yang
dilakukan pengusaha kecil es puter di desa Barkot Kec. Pamekasan Madura. Sehinggga perlu
adanya perancangan teknologi tepat guna yang dapat meningkatkan mutu dan kualitasnya.
Maka perlu adanya suatu proses guna meningkatkan fungsi dan nilai ekonominya. Sehingga
berdasarkan survey lapangan maka dilakukan perancangan alat pemutar es puter yang murah dan
praktis. Alat pemutar ini nantinya menggunakan sistem poros berputar yang digerakkan oleh
sebuah motor listrik yang ditransmisikan melalui sabuk V, puley dan roda gigi. Sistem ini dipilih
karena mudah dan praktis dalam pengoperasiannya.
Sehingga nantinya alat pemutar es puter ini merupakan alat yang sederhana dan praktis. Alat
pemutar es puter ini mempunyai bagian poros pemutar, gigi transmisi, dan motor listrik sebagai
penggerak. Dalam perancangan ini perputaran yang terjadi konstan dan relatif cepat yaitu
berkisar 100 rpm yang menghemat proses produksi. Perancangan ini dapat dijadikan sebagai
alternatif alat pemutar pada produksi es puter karena hasilnya yang baik dan waktu yang
dibutuhkan tidak terlalu lama.

and electromotor as activator. In this scheme of constant rotation that happened and relative
quickly that is gyrating 100 economical rpm production process. This scheme can be made
alternatively appliance of turning tool of ices puter production because it is good result and
required time do not too long time.
