Abstrak
Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan lingkungan fisik restoran dan
kepuasan konsumen. Hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini adalah ada hubungan
positif signifikan antara lingkungan fisik restoran dan kepuasan konsumen pada
pelanggan Plan B Spanish Resto. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 84 pelanggan Plan B
Spanish Resto Jakarta diambil dengan teknik Incidental Sampling. Metode
pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil pengujian hipotesis dengan
menggunakan Korelasi Pearson Product Moment menunjukkan korelasi antara
Lingkungan Fisik restoran dengan Kepuasan Konsumen diperoleh hasil r = 0,755
dengan sig = 0,000 yang berarti bahwa terdapa thubungan positif signifikan
antaraLingkungan Fisik restoran dengan KepuasanKonsumen.

Abstract
This research is intend to find out relation between physical environment restaurant and
customer satisfaction. The hypothesis of this study is there is significant positive
relation between physical environment restaurant and customer satisfaction in
customers Plan B Spanish Resto. Subjects in this research were 84 customers in Plan B
Spanish Resto Jakarta. Sampling procedure used in this research was incidental
sampling. The instruments used in collecting the data were open questionare.

Hypothesis result which using korelasipearson product moment show relation between
physical environment restaurant and customer satisfaction analysis is r = 0,755 and sig
= 0,000 which mean there is significant positive relation between physical environment
and customer satisfaction.
