This paper,entitled
Departmentof Ungaran Crty", is the result of field study conductedfor one month
(lFebruarv - 28 February2ffi7) at SecretariatDepartmentof UngaranCit"v.This
paperis aimedat describingthe procedureof making goodsinventoryat Secretariat
Departmentof UngaranCitv.
The data were collected by using interview, observation and library
researchmethods.The interview methodwas conductedto get the information about

the procedureof making inventow at SecretariatDeparffnentof UngaranCiW. The
observationmethodwas aimed at understandingthe procedureof making inventory
at SecretanatDepartmentof UngaranCity. The library researchmethodswas aimed
to learnthe procedureof making inventoryfrom book reference.
From the study, it can be concludedthat the procedureof making goods
