PENGARUH SISTEM PEMELIHARAAN TERNAK INTENSIF DAN SEMI
INTENSIF TERHADAP PREVALENSI NEMATODA
GASTROINTESTINAL PADA KAMBING

ABSTRAK

Penelitian tentang pengaruh sistem pemeliharaan ternak intensif dan semi intensif
terhadap prevalensi nematoda gastrointestinal pada kambing dengan metode
sedimentasi menggunakan Glassbeads. Hasil pengamatan 30 sampel feses diambil
dalam kandang yang berbeda berdasarkan sistem pemeliharaan. Sampel diambil
secara acak (random) dengan masing-masing tiga kali ulangan. Pada kambing
yang dipelihara secara semi intensif ditemukan parasit Haemonchus sp. Pada
kambing yang dipelihara secara intensif ditemukan parasit Haemonchus sp.,
Trichuris sp., dan Capillaria sp. Prevalensi pada kambing yang dipelihara secara
semi intensif diinfeksi parasit Haemonchus sp. 100%. Kambing yang dipelihara
secara intensif diinfeksi parasit Haemonchus sp. 66.7%, Trichuris sp. 16.7% and
Capillaria sp. 3.3%

MAINTENANCE FOR THE PREVALENCE NEMATODE
GASTROINTESTINAL OF GOATS

ABSTRACT

Research on effect of intensive and semi intensive livestock system maintenance
for the prevalence nematode gastrointestinal of goats. The method used is
sedimentation using Glassbead. There were 30 feces of goat taken in different
cages based maintenance system. Samples are taken randomly with each of the
three replications. The result of this research showed that goats reared in semiintensive discovered parasite Haemonchus sp. In goats reared intensively
discovered parasite Haemonchus sp., Trichuris sp., and Capillaria sp. The
prevalence of goat reared semi intensively that infected Haemonchus sp. is 100%.
In goat reared intensively that infected Haemonchus sp. is 66.7%, Trichuris sp.
16.7% and Capillaria sp. 3.3%.
