Pengaruh Komunikasi dan Sikap Terhadap Kinerja Guru di SMP Panca Budi Medan

ABSTRAK
PENGARUH KOMUNIKASI DAN SIKAP TERHADAP KINERJA GURU
DI SMP PANCA BUDI MEDAN
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Komunikasi dan
Sikap terhadap kinerja guru pada SMP Panca Budi Medan. Populasi penelitian ini
berjumlah 30 orang guru pada SMP Panca Budi Medan. Sampel dalam penelitian
ini menggunakan nonprobability sampling atau metode sampling jenuh yang
terdiri dari 30 orang guru SMP Panca Budi Medan. Teknik analisis data yang
digunakan adalah teknik analisis deskriptif dan teknik analisis regresi berganda.
Metode pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, daftar pertanyan, dan studi
dokumentasi. Alasan peneliti melakukan penelitian ini dikarenakan adanya
fenomena bahwa komunikasi dan sikap guru SMP Panca Budi Medan yang
dirasakan oleh para siswa kurang baik, karena dari hasil pra survey yang
dilakukan penulis, para siswa merespon kurang baik terhadap komunikasi dan
sikap guru mereka. Seharusnya para siswa merasakan komunikasi yang baik dan
juga sikap guru yang menunjukkan komitmen tinggi terhadap mereka agar tujuan
sekolah tercapai dan bukan hanya sekedar mendapatkan nilai baik saja tetapi ilmu
yang disampaikan para guru bisa terus diingat dan bukan langsung hilang ketika
pulang dari sekolah.
Pada hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara serempak Komunikasi
dan Sikap berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru pada SMP

Panca Budi Medan. Uji parsial menunjukkan bahwa Komunikasi dan Sikap
masing-masing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru pada
SMP Panca Budi Medan. Komunikasi adalah variabel yang dominan berpengaruh
terhadap kinerja guru pada SMP Panca Budi Medan.

ABSTRACT
THE EFFECT OF COMMUNICATION AND ATTITUDES TOWARD
PERFORMANCE OF TEACHER IN SMP PANCA BUDI MEDAN
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Communications
and Attitudes toward teachers performance on SMP Panca Budi Medan. The
population of this research were 30 teachers at the junior Panca Budi Medan. The
sample in this study using nonprobability sampling or saturated sampling method
that consists of 30 teachers SMP Panca Budi Medan. Data analysis technique used
is descriptive analysis techniques and multiple regression analysis techniques.
Data were collected through interviews, the question, and documentation study.

The reason researchers conducted this study because of the phenomenon that the
communication and attitude of junior high school teachers Panca Budi Terrain
perceived by students not so good, because of the results of pre-survey conducted
by the author, the students respond less well to communication and attitude of
their teachers. Supposedly the students feel good communication and also the
attitude of teachers who demonstrate a high commitment to demand better school
objectives achieved and not just get good grades alone but science presented the
teachers can continue to be remembered and not disappear when home from
school
On the results of the study showed that simultaneously Communication
and attitude is positive and significant impact on teacher performance on SMP
Panca Budi Medan. Partial test shows that the Communication and Attitude
respectively positive and significant impact on teacher performance on SMP
Panca Budi Medan. Communication is the dominant variable influence on the
performance of teachers at SMP Panca Budi Medan
