Kompetensi Kemampuan Tenaga Teknik untuk mengerjakan suatu tugas dan pekerjaan yang dilandasi oleh pengetahuan, keterampilan dan sikap kerja

Standar Kompetensi

  

Rumusan suatu kemampuan yang dilandasi

oleh pengetahuan, keterampilan dan

didukung oleh sikap serta penerapannya di

tempat kerja yang mengacu pada unjuk kerja yang dipersyaratkan.

  Tujuan Sertifikasi Kompetensi : Bagi Perusahaan :

  1. Aman & handal bagi instalasi

  2. Aman dari bahaya bagi manusia & mahluk lain

  3. Ramah Lingkungan Bagi Pekerja : Adanya kesetaraan dan pengakuan Uji Kompetensi Uji Kompetensi – Assessment adalah “proses yang sistematis

dengan mengumpulkan bukti-bukti ,

kemudian membandingkan dengan

standar kompetensi , dan kemudian

menetapkan apakah seorang tenaga ahli telah memenuhi kompetensi yang ditetapkan atau belum”.

  • Pengakuan dan kebanggaan (pride) tingkah laku sesuai dengan sertifikat /kompetensi yang telah dimiliki.

  • Mesin dan Peralatan dijalankan sesuai SOP & Manual.

  • Biaya operasi mesin dan pemeliharaan mesin yang lebih terkontrol , bahkan dapat ditekan.
  • Peningkatan Reliability/Availability, mengurangi unscheduled maintenance, memperlebar interval scheduled maintenance .
  • Man-Machine relationship yang lebih dijiwai.
  • Operator & Teknisi dengan motivasi tinggi.

  • Teknik untuk Ketenagalistrikan Ditetapkan oleh Menteri ESDM dengan
  • mengacu kepada standard Internasional. Sertifikasi Kompetensi mencakup bidang
  • Operasi, Pemeliharaan dan Inspeksi peralatan ketenagalistrikan. Terakreditasi oleh Komisi Akreditasi • Kompetensi Ketenagalistrikan (KAKK).

SKTK (Sertifikasi Kompetensi Teknik Ketenagalistrikan) :

  Sistematika untuk meng-Assess Kompetensi Teknis

  • (Technical Competencies Assessment) yang terdiri

    atas test tulis (Written Test), interview (Competency

    Based Interviewing) dan observasi (Real Practice Test Attitude) Pemegang Sertifikat adalah Operator, Teknisi,
  • Inspector, Engineer untuk operasi dan pemeliharaan

    Pelaksana dilakukan oleh lembaga independent dan

  • profesional (third party assessor) : HAKIT, IATKI, Gema PDKB. SKTK certificate validity : Every six (6) months
  • surveillance by HAKIT and Recertification every three

    operasional dan pemeliharaan Power Plant dalam rangka untuk meminimise human error behavior & poor workmanship.
