Pengaruh High Performance Work Environment Terhadap Employee Engagement Dan Implikasinya Pada Kepuasan Kerja Dan Kinerja Karyawan Pt.Pindad (Persero) Bandung.

ABSTRAK
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh high
performance work environment terhadap employee engagement dan implikasinya
pada kepuasan dan kinerja PT.Pindad (Persero) Bandung. Jenis penelitian ini
adalah deskriptif dan verivikatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif survei
dan eksplanatori survei. Hasil pengumpulan data primer, diperoleh dari jumlah
sampel sebesar 150 responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Partial
Least Square Path Modeling (PLS-PM).
Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa high performance
work environment berada pada kategori baik, employee engagement berada pada
kategori terikat, kepuasan karyawan berada pada kategori puas ,serta kinerja
karyawan berada pada kategori baik. High Performance Work Environment
berpengaruh terhadap employee engagement yaitu sebesar 0,752. Employee
Engagement berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Kerja yaitu sebesar 0,403.
Employee Engagement berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja yaitu sebesar 0,490. High
Performance Work Environment berpengaruh langsung terhadap kepuasan kerja
yaitu sebesar 0,365 dan High Performance Work Environment berpengaruh
terhadap kepuasan kerja melalui employee engagement sebesar 0,403, sehingga
pengaruh total sebesar 0,768. High Performance Work Environment berpengaruh
terhadap kinerja yaitu sebesar 0,324 dan High Performance Work Environment
berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja melalui employee engagement sebesar

0,490, sehingga pengaruh total sebesar 0,814.

The purpose of this study is determine the influence of high performance
work environment on employee engagement and job satisfaction and implications
on the performance PT.Pindad ( Persero ) Bandung . This research is descriptive
verivikatif using descriptive and explanatory survey . Results of primary data
collection , obtained from the total sample of 150 respondents . The analytical
method using Partial Least Square Path Modeling ( PLS - PM ) .
The results obtained from this study is that high performance work
environment is in a good category , employee engagement is in the category
engaged , employee satisfaction is the satisfied category , as well as the
performance of the employees are in good category . High Performance Work
Environment influence on employee engagement that is equal to 0.752 . Employee
Engagement influence on job satisfaction that is equal to 0.403 . Employee
Engagement affect the performance that is equal to 0.490 . High Performance
Work Environment directly influence job satisfaction is equal to 0,365 and High
Performance Work Environment effect on job satisfaction through employee

engagement amounted to 0.403 , so that the total effect of 0.768 . High
Performance Work Environment influence on the performance that is equal to
0.324 and High Performance Work Environment effect on job satisfaction through
