Analisis Diet pada Pasien Pascabedah Sectio Caesarea di RSUD Sidikalang
ABSTRAK
Diet yang diberikan kepada pasien pascabedah sectio caesarea adalah diet
pascabedah dan diet Tinggi Kalori Tinggi Protein (TKTP). Diet pascabedah adalah
makanan yang diberikan kepada pasien setelah pembedahan berupa diet pascabedah I,
II, III, dan IV. Diet TKTP adalah makanan yang mengandung energi dan protein di
atas kebutuhan normal. Kedua diet ini penting untuk menunjang proses penyembuhan
pasien pascabedah sectio caesarea. Komponen gizi utama diet ini adalah energi,
protein, lemak, dan karbohidrat.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis diet yang diberikan kepada
pasien pascabedah sectio caesarea di RSUD Sidikalang. Jenis penelitian ini
penelitian deskriptif dengan desain cross sectional. Objek penelitian adalah makanan
dalam bentuk diet pascabedah I, II, III, dan IV, serta makanan TKTP pada pasien
pascabedah sectio caesarea. Data primer diperoleh dari hasil penimbangan makanan
dalam bentuk diet pascabedah dan diet TKTP. Data sekunder diperoleh dari dokumen
rumah sakit. Tahapan pemberian dan ketersediaan zat gizi dalam diet dianalisis
dengan menggunakan daftar komposisi bahan makanan dan dibandingkan dengan
standar.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tahapan pemberian diet pada pasien
pascabedah sectio caesarea belum sesuai dengan standar karena pemberian diet
pascabedah II tidak dilakukan. Demikian juga hasil penilaian terhadap ketersediaan
zat gizi diet, kandungan energi, protein, lemak, dan karbohidrat, belum memenuhi
standar diet pascabedah dan diet TKTP. Hal ini disebabkan oleh tidak adanya standar
porsi, standar resep, dan standar alat yang digunakan.
Disarankan bagi pihak RSUD Sidikalang khususnya bagian instalasi gizi agar
menyediakan pedoman diet, standar porsi, standar resep, dan standar alat sehingga
pemberian diet pada pasien pascabedah sectio caesarea sesuai dengan standar .

ABSTRACT
Diet provided to post-surgical of caesarea sectio patients is post-surgery diet
and high in calorie and high in protein diet. Post-surgery diet is food given to the
patient after surgical in form of diet I, II, III, and IV. Diet with high in calorie and
high in protein is contained energy and protein above the normal requirements. Both
of these diet are important to support the recovering process of post-surgical of
caesarea sectio patients. The main nutrient components of these diet are energy,
protein, fat, and carbohydrate.
This research aims to analyse the diet given to the post-surgical of caesarea
sectio patients in general hospital of Sidikalang regency. This is a descriptive with
cross-sectional design. The object research is foods in the form of post-surgery diet I,
II, III, and IV, as well as foods high in calorie and high in protein which is applied to
post-surgical of caesarea sectio patients. Primary data is obtained from the result of
food weighing in the form of post-surgery diet and high in calorie and high in protein
diet. Secondary data is obtained from hospital documents. The stage of giving and
nutrients content in diet were analyzed by using food composition lists and compared
with a standard of diet.
The result showed that the phases of the diet in post-surgical of patients was
not in accordance with the standard for giving post-surgery diet II was not done. As
well as the assessment result of diet nutrients content, include energy, protein, fat, and
carbohydrate were still not in accordance with the diet standard of post-surgery and
high in calorie and high in protein. It is caused by there was no standard of portion,
standard of recipe, and standard of tools.
It is recommended for general hospital of Sidikalang regency admissions,
especially the installation of nutrition to provide a diet guidance, standard of portion,
standard of recipe, and standard of tools so the diet giving for post-surgical of
caesarea sectio patients is accordance to the standard.
