Pembangunan Jalur Ganda & Elektrifikasi Lintas Utama Jawa Kereta Api Sebagai Tulang Punggung Transportasi Angkutan Barang di Kalimantan, Sulawesi
Beroperasinya Argo Cahaya (High Speed Train/ HST) di Pulau Jawa
Program :
a. Jaringan perkeretaapian nasional pada tahun 2030 sepanjang12.100 km (Pulau Jawa-Bali, Sumatera, Kalimantan, Sulawesi dan Papua) termasuk jaringan kereta api perkotaan sepanjang 3.800 km.
b. Sarana angkutan penumpang dengan jumlah lokomotif 2.805 unit, kereta api penumpang sebanyak 27.960 unit. c. Sarana angkutan barang dengan jumlah lokomotif 1.995 unit dan gerbong 39.655 unit.
d. Rasio pendanaan investasi pembiayaan Pemerintah sebesar (30 %) dan Swasta sebesar (70%)

2. Sebagai tindak lanjut penetapan trase, Menhub bersurat kepada seluruh Gubernur, Bupati dan Walikota terkait agar segera menyelesaikan revisi RTRW dalam tempo 6 bulan.
3. KCIC akan melakukan konsolidasi dan koordinasi dengan PEMDA setempat (kecuali Kota Bandung untuk mengawal perubahan RTRW) 7 Izin ANDAL 1. Sudah diterbitkan Kelayakan Lingkungan Hidup tanggal 20 Januari 2016 dengan Nomor SK.35/Menlhk-Setjen/PKTL.0/1/2016
2. Sudah diterbitkan Izin Lingkungan tanggal 20 Januari 2016 dengan Nomor SK.36/Menlhk-Setjen/PKTL.0/1/2016
3. Dengan catatan masyarakat diberikan kesempatan untuk memberikan saran, pendapat termasuk keberatan selama kurun waktu 30 Hari Kerja yang akan berakhir pada 3 Maret 2016
4. Telah dilakukan rapat kordinasi dalam rangka membahas hasil sosialisasi intensif kepada masyarakat terdampak pada tanggal 26 Februari 2016. Hal ini akan digunakan sebagai bahan penyempurnaan untuk Izin Lingkungan.
5. Perubahan atas Keputusan Izin Lingkungan telah diperoleh padatanggal 4 Maret 2016 dengan

8 Izin Pinjam Pakai Kawasan Hutan Produksi
1. Sudah didapatkan pertimbangan teknis dari Perum Perhutani tanggal 8 Januari 2016;
2. Rekomendasi Gubernur Jawa Barat untuk Izin Pinjam Pakai Kawasan Produksi telah didapatkan pada 18 Januari 2016;
3. Izin Pinjam Pakai Kawasan Hutan Produksi telah diperoleh dari Kepada Badan Kordinasi Penanaman ModalNo. 2/1/IPPKH/PMA/2016
tanggal21 Januari 2016.
4. Terkait lahan pengganti Hutan milik Perhutani tersebut saat ini sedang dilakukan tata batas di zona Izin Pinjam Pakai Kawasan Hutan yang disupervisi oleh BPKH XI Yogyakarta. KCIC sudah menyiapkan lahan kompensasi seluas 120ha di Kabupaten Cianjur. Terhadap lahan kompensasi ini, sudah dilakukan tinjauan lapangan oleh seluruh Dinas terkait di Kabupaten Cianjur, seluruh pihak sudah setuju dan menyatakan siap dihutankan. Saat ini KCIC menunggu Rekomendasi dari Bupati Kabupaten Cianjur untuk ditindaklanjuti oleh Dishut Provinsi Jabar dan kemudian diserahkan ke Kementerian Keuangan.

Sudah diterbitkan Izin Prinsip pemanfaatan lahan untuk prasarana transportasi kereta cepat pada tanggal 12 Januari 2016 dengan nomor
