ABSTRAK
PENGARUH EFIKASI DIRI KEWIRAUSAHAAN DAN KEUNGGULAN
BERSAING TERHADAP KEBERHASILAN USAHA
ANGGOTA BPD HIPMI SUMATERA UTARA
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Efikasi Diri
(Entrepreneurial Self Efficacy) dan Keunggulan Bersaing (Competitive
Advantage) terhadap Keberhasilan Usaha anggota BPD HIPMI Sumatera
Utara.Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap anggota BPD HIPMI Sumatera Utara
dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 46 orang. Teknik penentuan sampel yang
digunakan peneliti adalah sampling jenuh..Pengujian Hipotesis dengan
menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif, metode analisis statistik yang terdiri dari
analisis regresi linier berganda, pengujian signifikan simultan (Uji F), pengujian
signifikansi parsial (Uji-t) dan pengujian koefisien determinasi (R2).Hasil
penelitian secara serempak (Uji-F) menunjukkan bahwa Efikasi Diri
Kewirausahaan dan Keunggulan Bersaing secara bersama-sama berpengaruh
positif dan signifikan terhadap Keberhasilan Usaha.Hasil penelitian secara parsial
(Uji-t) menunjukkan bahwa Efikasi Diri Kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif dan
signifikan terhadap Keberhasilan Usaha.Dan Keunggulan Bersaing berpengaruh
secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Keberhasilan Usaha. Nilai Adjusted R
Square = Nilai Adjusted R Square 0,702 berarti 70,2 % Keberhasilan Usaha UKM
BPD HIPMI Sumatera Utara dapat di jelaskan oleh variabel Efikasi diri dan

Keunggulan bersaing. Sedangkan sisanya 29,8 % dapat dijelaskan oleh faktorfaktor lain yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini seperti pengetahuan kewirausahaan,
motivasi dan sebagainya.

ABSTRACT
THE EFFECT OF ENTREPRENEURIAL SELF- EFFICACY AND
COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGES FOR BUSINESS SUCCESS
MEMBERS BPD HIPMI NORTH SUMATRA
This study aims to determine the effect of Entrepreneurial Self Efficacy
and Competitive Advantageto business success in BPD HIPMI North Sumatra.
This research was carried out against members of the Association seeks BPD
North Sumatra with a sample size of 46 people. Sampling technique used by
researchers is saturated sampling .. Hypothesis Testing by using descriptive

analysis, statistical analysis method that consists of multiple linear regression
analysis, significant simultaneous test (Test F), partial significance test (t-test)
and test the coefficient of determination (R2). The results of the study
simultaneously (Test-F) shows that the Entrepreneurial Self Efficacy and
Competitive Advantage jointly positive and significant impact on business
success. The results partially (t-test) showed that theEntrepreneurial Self Efficacy
positive and significant impact on business success. And Competitive Advantage
influence positively and significantly related to Business Success. Value Adjusted
R Square Adjusted R Square = value of 0,702 means that 70.2% of SME Business
Success BPD Association seeks North Sumatra can be explained by the variable
self-efficacy and competitive advantage. While the remaining 29.8% can be
explained by other factors examined in this study as entrepreneurial knowledge,
motivation and so on.
