ABSTRAK
PENGARUH PERAN KEPEMIMPINAN DAN MOTIVASI TERHADAP
PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA KARYAWAN BAGIAN PRODUKSI
PT. CCM AGRIPHARMA KIM II MEDAN
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh peran
kepemimpinan dan motivasi terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan bagian
produksi PT. CCM Agripharma KIM II Medan.
Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dan
eksplanatori yang bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran terhadap objek yang
diteliti dan untuk menjelaskan hubungan antara dua atau lebih variabel.
Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan
bagian produksi PT. CCM Agripharma KIM II Medan yang berjumlah 56
responden dan uji validitas dan reabilitas dilakukan pada PT. Meroke Tetap Jaya.
Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel ini adalah dengan
menggunakan teknik sampling Jenuh (sensus) yaitu dengan menggunakan semua
anggota populasi dibagian produksi. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian
ini adalah kuesioner, wawancara dan studi pustaka. Metode analisis data
menggunakan metode deskriptif dan analisis Regresi Linear Berganda.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baik secara parsial maupun simultan,
peran kepemimpinan dan motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap
produktivitas kerja karyawan bagian produksi PT. CCM Agripharma KIM II
Medan. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R) yang diperoleh adalah sebesar 0,872
berarti hubungan antara variabel peran kepemimpinan dan motivasi terhadap
produktivitas kerja karyawan sebesar 87,2%, artinya cukup erat. Adjusted R
Square sebesar 0,760 berarti 76,0% variabel produktivitas kerja karyawan dapat
dijelaskan oleh peran kepemimpinan dan motivasi, sedangkan sisanya 24,0%
dapat dijelaskan oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

ABSTRACT
INFLUENCE OF THE ROLE OF LEADERSHIP AND MOTIVATION
TO THE WORK PRODUCTIVITY OF THE PRODUCTION AT
PT. CCM AGRIPHARMA KIM II MEDAN
The purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of the role of
leadership and motivation on the work productivity of the production employees
at PT. CCM Agripharma KIM II Medan.
This research is quantitative descriptive and explanatory research that aims
to give an overview of the object under study and to explain the relationship
between two or more variables.
The sample used in this study were all employees of the production of PT.
CCM Agripharma KIM II much as 56 respondents and the validity and reliability
was conducted at PT. Meroke Tetap Jaya. This research using sampling
saturated (census) is by using all members of the production section of the
population. Methods of data collection in this study were questionnaires,
interviews and literature. The Methods of data analysis using descriptive and
multiple linear regression analysis.
The results showed that either partially or simultaneously, the role of
leadership and motivation positive and significant impact on the productivity of
the production employees of PT. CCM Agripharma KIM II Medan. The coefficient
of determination (R) is 0.872 means that the relationship between the variables of
leadership role and motivation on employee productivity is 87.2%, meaning fairly
closely. Adjusted R Square results of the regression 0.760 means that 76.0%
variable employee productivity can be explained by the role of leadership and
motivation, while the remaining 24.0% can be explained by other factors not
examined in this research.
