PENGARUH PEMBERIAN PAKAN BUATAN SENDIRI,
PABRIK DAN ALAMI TERHADAP BOBOT IKAN
GURAMI (Osphronemus gouramy Lac.)

ABSTRAK

Penelitian pengaruh pemberian pakan buatan sendiri, pabrik dan alami terhadap
bobot ikan gurami (Osphronemus gouramy Lac.) telah dilakukan. Pakan buatan
sendiri dibuat dari pencampuran 25 g tepung ikan, 25 g tepung ampas tahu, 25 g
tepung daun, 20 g tepung darah dan 5 g tepung tapioka dengan variasi tertentu.
Campuran diolah dan dicetak dengan diameter ± 3 mm berbentuk silinder lalu
dikeringkan dalam oven pada suhu 60oC, dimana pelet yang diperoleh dapat
mengapung di atas permukaan air ± 10 menit. Selanjutnya pelet tersebut di analisa
dengan uji kadar protein, kadar air, kadar abu, kadar karbohidrat, kadar lemak dan
kadar serat. Kandungan gizi pada pakan buatan sendiri antara lain protein
32,655%, air 4,5%, abu 10%, karbohidrat 46,22%, lemak 6,631% dan serat kasar
4,453. Serta uji biologis terhadap ikan gurami selama 42 hari. Pengaruh
pemberian pakan ikan terhadap ikan gurami menghasilkan pertambahan bobot
optimum yaitu pakan buatan sendiri sebesar 33,70% menjadi 96,62% pada hari ke
42.

GIVING EFFECT OF HOMEMADE FEED, FACTORY
AND NATURAL WEIGHT OF GOURAMY FISH
(Osphronemus gouramy Lac.)

ABSTRACT
Research about Effect of feeding a homemade, factory and natural to weight of
gouramy (Osphronemus gouramy Lac.) has been done. Homemade feed were
made from mixing 25 g of fish powder, 25 g of soybean dreg powder, 25 g of
leaves powder, 20 g of blood powder and 5 g of tapioca powder with certain
variations. The mixture is processed and molded with ± 3 mm diameter cylindrical
then dried in an oven at a temperature of 60 °C, where the obtained pellets can
float on the water surface ± 10 minutes. Furthermore, these pellets were analyzed
with the test protein content, water content, ash content, carbohydrates, fat and
fiber content. Nutrient content in the homemade feed include 32,655% protein,
4,5% water, 10% ash, 46,22% carbohydrate, 6,631% fat and crude fiber 4,453
%. As well as biological assay against gouramy for 42 days. effect of feeding fish
diets to gouramy fish was produced fish weight increase from 33,70% to 96,62%

in 42 day. Results show that artificial feed fish food has fulfill standart food fish.
