ABSTRACT
This research is done in Persada Konveksi, which is one of many convection
in Salatiga. Along with the growth of Persada Konveksi, causing the increase of
transaction variety. The company will facing difficulities if use simple manual
recording only. Microsoft Excel is made for solving the problems in the
arrangement of financial report.
Data collection is done by interviewing the owner, and observing the
company site. Based on the obtained data, can be found how the way of recording
itself and the difficulities in the financial report arrangement, so that can be
designed a financial report application that suitable for the company.
The result of this research is a financial report application using Microsoft
Excel that designed to simplify the transaction data which can provide financial
repor, cashflow report, inventory card, account payable card, and account
receivable card automatically.
