1984, telah mendapat pengesahan dari Menteri
Kehakiman Nomor C2-4686.HT.01-04. Th.84 tanggal

Situasi dan kondisi perekonomian nasional Indonesia
sepanjang tahun 2013, tercatat masih belum dapat
menyamai, apalagi melebihi pencapaian atas
hasil-hasil yang telah berhasil diraih pada tahun
sebelumnya. Bila pada tahun 2012, pertumbuhan
ekonomi nasional mampu berada pada level
di atas angka 6 persen, tapi pada tahun 2013,
pencapaiannya justru merosot di bawah angka 6
perse . Hasil kajia Bada Pusat “taisik BP“
menegaskan bahwa perekonomian nasional pada
triwulan III tahun 2013 mencapai 5,62 persen
yoy , atau relaif e gala i perla ata apa ila
dibandingkan dengan periode yang sama di tahun
2012. Ujung-ujungnya dapat ditebak, pada akhir
tahun 2013, pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional
tercatat berada pada besaran angka 5,6 hingga 5,8
persen saja.

Walaupun mengalami pertumbuhan perekonomian
secara nasional yang sedikit menurun, tapi
rupanya ekonomi Indonesia masih dapat dikatakan
cenderung agak lebih kokoh bila dibandingkan
dengan situasi dan kondisi perekonomian dunia

yang tergerus, nilai mata uang yang melemah, dan

infrastruktur yang kian menua, juga iklim investasi
asing yang tak ramah sehingga efeknya malah
semakin membebani perekonomian nasionalnya.
Kondisi yang hampir mirip dialami juga oleh China
dan Brazil. Kedua negara ini termasuk yang juga
gagal dalam upaya memenuhi target tumbuh dan
berkembangnya perekonomian nasional mereka
sepanjang tahun 2013.

Meski mengalami penurunan volume penjualan,
sebagai sebuah efek domino dari situasi dan
kondisi perekonomian global yang didera

Vietnam, Korea Selatan, Jepang, Amerika Serikat,
Inggris, Belanda, dan Jerman. Dari fakta yang
berkembang ini, Perseroan mencatat, penjualan
bersih yang berhasil dibukukan per 31 Desember
2013 mencapai Rp1.279.553.071.584,- atau
mengalami penurunan dibandingkan periode
yang sama pada tahun sebelumnya yaitu sebesar
Rp1.305.116.747.447,-

Pada tahun 2014, prospek usaha yang bakal
dihadapi Perseroan diyakini masih akan tetap
bagus, termasuk ekspansi penjualan secara global

tetapi, lajunya biduk Perseroan tetap harus dapat
e ga isipasi serta e i i alisir hal-hal ya g
dapat mempengaruhi kemilau kinerja usaha.
Sejalan dengan itu, hal-hal yang telah dilakukan
oleh segenap jajaran manajemen dalam upaya
memperbaiki secara simultan dan konsisten
penerapan Tata Kelola Perusahaan yang Baik ( Good
Corporate Governance ) kembali patut diapresiasi.
Termasuk, segala hal yang terkait dengan
peningkatan kemampuan dan profesionalisme
seluruh Sumber Daya Manusia ( SDM ), serta
pelaksanaan Tanggung Jawab Sosial Perseroan

Berdasarkan Undang – Undang nomor 40
Tahun 2007 tentang Perseroan Terbatas
Dewan Komisaris bertanggung Jawab atas
pengawasan dan pengarahan direksi dalam
mengelola Perseroan sehari – hari. Dewan
Ko isaris terdiri dari e a ora g da eridak
sebagai badan pengawas. Dewan mengawasi
dan memberi nasihat kepada direksi dalam
masalah strategi dan kebijakan Perusahaan.
Tiap anggota dewan dipilih langsung oleh
pemegang saham untuk masa jabatan 5
( lima ) tahun. Dewan Komisaris saat ini yang
diangkat dalam Rapat Umum Pemegang
Saham Tahunan ( RUPST ) pada tanggal 30 juni
2009, akan berakhir masa jabatannya pada
RUPST ditahun 2014 dan Dewan Komisaris
yang baru harus dipilih dan diangkat dalam
RUPST tersebut. Berikut ini susunan dan

Bapak Mansjur Tandiono menjabat sebagai Presiden Komisaris
Perseroan untuk pertama kalinya berdasarkan hasil keputusan RUPST
pada tahun 2003 dan diangkat kembali berdasarkan keputusan RUPST
tahun 2004, 2008, dan tahun 2009. Saat ini beliau menjabat sebagai
Presiden Komisaris Perseroan berdasarkan keputusan Rapat Umum
Pemegang Saham Tahunan Perseroan tanggal 30 Juni 2009. Warga
Negara Indonesia, lahir tahun 1947. Menempuh pendidikan Sarjana
Muda di Universitas Widya Mandala tahun 1970. Beliau merupakan
salah seora g peri is pe diri Dhar ala Group. Me jadi Ma agi g Dire tor Di isi
Perdagangan Dhamala Group mulai tahun 1980 hingga memisahkan diri di tahun 1984 untuk
mendirikan usaha Prasidha.

biji dilakukan Anak Perusahaan, PT Aneka Sumber

Situasi dan kondisi perekonomian nasional Indonesia
sepanjang tahun 2013, tercatat masih belum dapat
menyamai, apalagi melebihi pencapaian atas
hasil-hasil yang telah berhasil diraih pada tahun
sebelumnya. Bila pada tahun 2012, pertumbuhan
ekonomi nasional mampu berada pada level
di atas angka 6 persen, tapi pada tahun 2013,
pencapaiannya justru merosot di bawah angka 6
perse . Hasil kajia Bada Pusat “taisik BP“
menegaskan bahwa perekonomian nasional pada
triwulan III tahun 2013 mencapai 5,62 persen
yoy , atau relaif e gala i perla ata apa ila
dibandingkan dengan periode yang sama di tahun
2012. Ujung-ujungnya dapat ditebak, pada akhir
tahun 2013, pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional
tercatat berada pada besaran angka 5,6 hingga 5,8
persen saja.

Walaupun mengalami pertumbuhan perekonomian
secara nasional yang sedikit menurun, tapi
rupanya ekonomi Indonesia masih dapat dikatakan
cenderung agak lebih kokoh bila dibandingkan
dengan situasi dan kondisi perekonomian dunia

saja pertumbuhan negara-negara yang selama ini
terkenal sebagai motor pertumbuhan ekonomi
dunia, pada kenyataannya mereka juga mengalami

benua Asia ini terus mengalami laju pertumbuhan
yang tergerus, nilai mata uang yang melemah, dan
terpaa ke aika harga-harga di ha pir seiap
sektor. Selain itu, negara ini juga dilanda status
infrastruktur yang kian menua, juga iklim investasi
asing yang tak ramah sehingga efeknya malah
semakin membebani perekonomian nasionalnya.
Kondisi yang hampir mirip dialami juga oleh China
dan Brazil. Kedua negara ini termasuk yang juga
gagal dalam upaya memenuhi target tumbuh dan
berkembangnya perekonomian nasional mereka
sepanjang tahun 2013.

kondisi perekonomian global yang didera

Vietnam, Korea Selatan, Jepang, Amerika Serikat,
Inggris, Belanda, dan Jerman. Dari fakta yang
berkembang ini, Perseroan mencatat, penjualan
bersih yang berhasil dibukukan per 31 Desember
2013 mencapai Rp1.279.553.071.584,- atau
mengalami penurunan dibandingkan periode
yang sama pada tahun sebelumnya yaitu sebesar
Rp1.305.116.747.447,-

Pada tahun 2014, prospek usaha yang bakal
dihadapi Perseroan diyakini masih akan tetap
bagus, termasuk ekspansi penjualan secara global

tetapi, lajunya biduk Perseroan tetap harus dapat
e ga isipasi serta e i i alisir hal-hal ya g
dapat mempengaruhi kemilau kinerja usaha.
Sejalan dengan itu, hal-hal yang telah dilakukan
oleh segenap jajaran manajemen dalam upaya
memperbaiki secara simultan dan konsisten
penerapan Tata Kelola Perusahaan yang Baik ( Good
Corporate Governance ) kembali patut diapresiasi.
Termasuk, segala hal yang terkait dengan
peningkatan kemampuan dan profesionalisme
seluruh Sumber Daya Manusia ( SDM ), serta
pelaksanaan Tanggung Jawab Sosial Perseroan

Berdasarkan Undang – Undang nomor 40
Tahun 2007 tentang Perseroan Terbatas
Dewan Komisaris bertanggung Jawab atas
pengawasan dan pengarahan direksi dalam
mengelola Perseroan sehari – hari. Dewan
Ko isaris terdiri dari e a ora g da eridak
sebagai badan pengawas. Dewan mengawasi
dan memberi nasihat kepada direksi dalam
masalah strategi dan kebijakan Perusahaan.
Tiap anggota dewan dipilih langsung oleh
pemegang saham untuk masa jabatan 5
( lima ) tahun. Dewan Komisaris saat ini yang
diangkat dalam Rapat Umum Pemegang
Saham Tahunan ( RUPST ) pada tanggal 30 juni
2009, akan berakhir masa jabatannya pada
RUPST ditahun 2014 dan Dewan Komisaris
yang baru harus dipilih dan diangkat dalam
RUPST tersebut. Berikut ini susunan dan
riwayat hidup Dewan Komisaris Perseroan.

Bapak Mansjur Tandiono menjabat sebagai Presiden Komisaris
Perseroan untuk pertama kalinya berdasarkan hasil keputusan RUPST
pada tahun 2003 dan diangkat kembali berdasarkan keputusan RUPST
tahun 2004, 2008, dan tahun 2009. Saat ini beliau menjabat sebagai
Presiden Komisaris Perseroan berdasarkan keputusan Rapat Umum
Pemegang Saham Tahunan Perseroan tanggal 30 Juni 2009. Warga
Negara Indonesia, lahir tahun 1947. Menempuh pendidikan Sarjana
Muda di Universitas Widya Mandala tahun 1970. Beliau merupakan
salah seora g peri is pe diri Dhar ala Group. Me jadi Ma agi g Dire tor Di isi
Perdagangan Dhamala Group mulai tahun 1980 hingga memisahkan diri di tahun 1984 untuk
mendirikan usaha Prasidha.

tahun 1995 menjabat sebagai Direktur dalam perusahaan yang sama.
