 GFET dan HE diletakkan dalam kelompok yang sama  level
kualifikasi untuk HE (5 – 10) merupakan kelanjutan dari level
kualifikasi GFET (1 – 5)
 GFET mencakup kelas 9 – 10 – 11 – 12 pada jalur pendidikan
 Kelompok kulaifikasi dalam dunia kerja (Occupation) terdiri dari
