Analisis Penentuan Harga Jual Telur Ayam Ras Melalui Penetapan Harga Pokok Produksi (Kasus:CV Jaya BersamaPoultry Farm Desa Sei Merahi, Kecamatan Selesai, Kabupaten Langkat)

ABSTRACT
Eka Kartika Sari (120304078) with the thesis entitled An Analysis on
Determining the Price of Pedigree Chicken Eggs through the Production Cost
Price. A Case Study at CV Jaya Bersama Poultry Farm , Sei Merahi Village,
Selesai Subdistrict, Langkat Regency, North Sumatera. The research was
supervised by HM. Mozart B. Barus, M.Sc. and Sri Fajar Ayu, SP., MM., DBA.
The research was conducted at CV Jaya Bersama Poultry Farm, using purposive
sampling technique. The objective of the research was to analyze the determining
of production cost price of by the company, to analyze the difference in
production cost price between full costing and variable costing method and
company’s method, to analyze the sale price of pedigree chicken eggs by using the
method of production cost price of full costing and variable costing method. The
result of the research showed that production cost price was lower than that of
production cost price using full costing and variable costing price, and the sale
price of pedigree chicken eggs of the company was Rp.465/egg while using full
costing and variable costing was Rp.696/egg and Rp.577/egg.

Studi kasus di CV. Jaya Bersama Poultry Farm Desa Sei Merahi, Kecamatan

Penelitian ini dilakukan di CV Jaya Bersama Poultry Farm, yang dipilih secara
purposive sampling dengan tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis
penetapan harga pokok produksi yang diterapkan perusahaan, untuk menganalisis
perbandingan antara harga pokok produksi metode full costing dan variable
costing dengan metode perusahaan, untuk menganalisis harga jual telur ayam ras
petelur yang dihasilkan dengan menggunakan metode penetapan harga pokok
produksi full costing dan variable costing. Hasil penelitian ini adalah harga pokok
produksi perusahaan lebih rendah dibandingkan harga pokok produksi metode full
costing dan variable costing dan harga jual telur ayam ras perusahaan adalah
sebesar Rp. 465/butir sedangkan dengan menggunakan metode Full Costing dan
variable costing adalah sebesar Rp. 696/butir dan Rp. 577,5/butir.
