Perbedaan Pengetahuan Dan Sikap Siswa Tentang Triad KRR di SMA Negeri Kecamatan Kisaran Tahun 2013
ABSTRAK
Masalah kesehatan reproduksi bukan hanya masalah individu yang
bersangkutan tetapi menjadi perhatian bersama. Permasalahan remaja saat ini
sangat kompleks dan mengkhawatirkan. Faktanya, berbagai penelitian
menunjukkan bahwa remaja mempunyai permasalahan seiring dengan masa
transisi yang dialami remaja. Masalah yang menonjol dikalangan remaja yaitu
permasalahan seputar TRIAD KRR (Seksualitas, HIV dan AIDS serta Napza),
serta rendahnya pengetahuan remaja tentang Kesehatan Reproduksi Remaja.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan tingkat pengetahuan
dan sikap siswa tentang triad KRR di SMA Negeri Kecamatan Kisaran. Jenis
penelitian ini adalah survei analitik. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa di
SMAN 1, SMAN 2, SMAN 3, dan SMAN 4 Kisaran yang berjumlah 3093 orang,
dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 160 orang.
Hasil penelitian dengan uji Kruskal-Wallis menunjukkan bahwa (p = 0,000
< α = 0,05) artinya secara signifikan terdapat perbedaan pengetahuan dari masingmasing sekolah. Sedangkan hasil uji terhadap sikap menunjukkan bahwa (p =
0,742 > α = 0,05) artinya sikap siswa dari masing-masing sekolah memiliki
pandangan sikap yang sama baik.
Disarankan kepada pihak sekolah SMAN 1, SMAN 2, dan SMAN 4 agar
menambahkan pendidikan kesehatan reproduksi ke dalam kurikulum mata
pelajaran atau ekstrakurikuler yang bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi yang
benar sehingga lebih dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan siswa tentang kesehatan
reproduksi remaja. Sedangkan bagi pihak sekolah SMAN 3 untuk melakukan
peningkatan dan perbaikan serta evaluasi kembali terhadap program tersebut
sehingga dapat meningkatan pengetahuan dan sikap siswa lainnya tentang triad
KRR.

ABSTRACT
Reproductive health problems is not just a problem of the individual
concerned but shared concern. The current youth problems are very complex and
worrying. In fact, many studies show that adolescent have problems along with
the transitional period experienced by adolescent. The problem that stands out
among the adolescent that the problems surrounding the TRIAD KRR (sexuality,
HIV and AIDS and Drugs), as well as the low level of knowledge about adolescent
reproductive health.
This research aims to know the different levels of knowledge and attitude
of students about triads KRR in high schools of Kisaran. This type of research is
analytical surveys. The population of this research is all students in SMAN 1,
SMAN 2, SMAN 3, and SMAN 4 of Kisaran which totaled 3093 people, and
obtained a sample of 160 people.
The results of the study show that the Kruskal-Wallis test (p = 0.000 < α =
0.05), meaning that there are significant differences in knowledge of each school.
While the test results show that the attitudes (p = 0.742 > α = 0.05) meaning that
the attitudes of students from each school have a good view of the same attitude.
Based on research result suggested to the school SMAN 1, SMAN 2 and
SMAN 4, to add education reproductive health into curriculum subjects or
extracurricular that aims to give the correct information so that more can be
improved knowledge students on adolescent reproductive health. As for the school
of SMAN 3 to make improvements and repairs as well as an evaluation of the
program back against so as to improve the knowledge and attitudes of other
students about triad KRR.
