ABSTRAK
PENGARUH ENTREPRENEURIAL NETWORKING TERHADAP
KINERJA USAHA MELALUI KEUNGGULAN BERSAING
(STUDI KASUS PADA UMKM DI KOTA MEDAN)
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis entrepreneurial
networking terhadap kinerja usaha melalui keunggulan bersaing (studi kasus pada
UMKM di Kota Medan). Data primer dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan
wawancara yang kepada 55 pengusaha UMKM dengan teknik pengambilan
sampel jenuh. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis jalur, dengan
entrepreneurial networking sebagai variabel bebas, keunggulan bersaing sebagai
variabel penyela dan kinerja usaha sebagai variabel terikat. Hasil penelitian
menunjukkan bahwa entrepreneurial networking berpengaruh positif dan
signifikan terhadap keunggulan bersaing, entrepreneurial networking berpengaruh
positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja usaha, keunggulan bersaing berpengaruh
positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja usaha, entrepreneurial networking
berpengaruh positif dan signifikan melalui keungulan bersaing terhadap kinerja
usaha.

ABSTRACT
THE INFLUNCE OF ENTREPRENEURIAL NETWORKING TOWARDS
BUSINESS PERFORMANCE THROUGH THE COMPETITIVE
ADVANTAGE
(THE CHASE STUDY ON SMEs IN MEDAN)
This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of the entrepreneurial
networking towarda business performance through the competitive advantage (the
chase study on SMEs in Medan). Primary data was collected through
questionnaires and interviews to 55 MSMEs with non-probability sampling
technique. The test of hypotheses used path analysis, with entrepreneurial
networking as an independent variable, competitive advantage as the intervaning
variables and business performance as the dependent variable. The results showed
that entrepreneurial networking has positive and significant effect to the
competitive advantage, entrepreneurial networking has positive and significant
effect to the business performance, competitive advantage has positive and
significant effect to the business performance, entrepreneurial networking through
the competitive advantage has positive and significant effect to business
performance.
