ABSTRACT
Almost all the regions in Indonesia have the potensial resources. This
case will give the profit and it need the expansion of result of resources
industry in that region. The estabilished industry should be appropriate with
the situation and condition of the region so that will give the relation with the
around population even directly and indirect.
North Sumatera Province is known with the plantation that very pentiful
like in district of East Padang Sidimpuan, West Tapanuli Regency that almost
of this region have a rubber plantation as the raw material to PT. Sihitang
Raya Baru.
With the reasons above the writer want to observate the advantage of
industry in region to the society economic toward the autonomy region that
will applied by the government
In this observation the writer specialised the income of labour in PT.
Sihitang Raya Baru (dependent variable) with the number of sample by 30
person by using the linier regression model analysis with the independent
variable as the level of education and the time of working of employeed in the
company. From the coefficient interpretation the regression found in the
positive relation between the level of education and the time of working by the
income of employeed and significant that influence the society income in level
of trust 95 %.
