D. Research Procedure

1. All respondents are given the fixed instruction. 2. The execution and distribution of the score can be directly analyzed. The questionnaire consists of 20 multiple choice items. Ever item has weight from 1 to 5. The collecting the data was done by teaching speaking by using Role play and Drill technique at SMP Darussalam Pondok Labu Jakarta Selatan. The data about the students’ interests in learning English by using Role Play and Drill were obtained from the result of the questionnaire to the respondents.

E. Data Analysis Procedure

On the basic of the students’ answer, the writer makes the result of the students’ answer of questionnaire items given. The writer analysis and predict the fact faced by most students in learning English at SMP Darussalam Pondok Labu Jakarta Selatan based on fact in the field that they have attitude, skill, interest, ability, motivation, and psychology need.
