4.3.7 Susan’s Horn
Susan’s horn is a magic horn. When Wolves come to Aslan’s camp and want to kill Aslan, they meet Susan and then they want to kill her instead of Aslan.
Susan’s horn is the present from Father Christmas for Susan. The horn can call helps after it is blown.
“Susan, Eves Daughter,” said Father Christmas. “These are for you,” and he handed her a bow and
a quiver full of arrows and a little ivory horn. “You must use the bow only in great need,” he
said, “for I do not mean you to fight in the battle. It does not easily miss. And when you put this
horn to your lips; and blow it, then, wherever you are, I think help of some kind will come to you.”

Christmas. Christmas is something that brings peacefulness, but Jadis takes the peacefulness away from Narnia. Narnia allegorizes this world. The world consists
of many kinds of people, the good and the bad, the rich and the poor, the strong and the weak are together in the same place and so do with Narnia.
