Setelah mendapat penjelasan secukupnya tentang manfaat penelitian ini dan efek
sampingnya, maka saya menyatakan SETUJU untuk ikut serta dalam penelitian
dari Nailul Ramadhilla dengan judul “FORMULASI DAN UJI EFEK ANTIAGING DARI KRIM MENGANDUNG EKSTRAK KULIT BUAH DELIMA
(Punica granatum L), sebagai usaha untuk mengetahui apakah sediaan krim antiaging dari ekstrak kulit buah delima mampu atau tidak dalam memulihkan kulit
yang telah mengalami penuaan. Saya menyatakan sukarela dan bersedia untuk

sampingnya, maka saya menyatakan SETUJU untuk ikut serta dalam penelitian
dari Nailul Ramadhilla dengan judul “FORMULASI DAN UJI EFEK ANTIAGING DARI KRIM MENGANDUNG EKSTRAK KULIT BUAH DELIMA
(Punica granatum L), sebagai usaha untuk mengetahui apakah sediaan krim antiaging dari ekstrak kulit buah delima mampu atau tidak dalam memulihkan kulit
