PENGARUH MODAL MANUSIA, MODAL RELASI DAN

MODAL ORGANISASI TERHADAP KEUNGGULAN BERSAING

SERTA DAMPAKNYA PADA KINERJA ORGANISASI

(Survei Pada Perguruan Tinggi Swasta di Sulawesi Selatan)

ABSTRAK

  Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui dan mengkaji kondisi modal manusia, modal relasi, modal organisasi, keunggulan bersaing dan kinerja organisasi, besarnya pengaruh modal manusia, modal relasi dan modal organisasi terhadap keunggulan bersaing serta besarnya pengaruh keunggulan bersaing terhadap kinerja organisasi. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan menggunakan metode survei yang dilakukan pada 134 Perguruan Tinggi Swasta di Sulawesi Selatan, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode cluster

  

proporsional random sampling, selanjutnya analisis dilakukan

  menggunakan analisis verifikatif berbasis model persamaan struktural (SEM).

  Hasil penelitian secara deskritptif menunjukkan bahwa: (1) modal manusia berada dalam kategori cukup menuju baik, (2) modal relasi berada dalam kategori kurang baik menuju baik, (3) modal organisasi berada dalam kategori cukup menuju baik, (4) keunggulan bersaing berada dalam kategori cukup menuju baik, (5) kinerja organisasi berada dalam kategori kurang baik menuju baik. Selanjutnya hasil penelitian secara verifikatif menunjukkan bahwa: (6) modal manusia, modal relasi dan modal organisasi berpengaruh secara simultan dan signifikan terhadap keunggulan bersaing, (7) modal manusia berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keunggulan bersaing, (8) modal relasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keunggulan bersaing, (9) modal organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keunggulan bersaing, (10) keunggulan bersaing berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja organisasi.

ABSTRACT

  

This research is conducted to know and study the condition of human

capital, relational capital, organizational capital, competitive advantage

and organizational performance, the influence of human capital, relational

capital and organizational capital to competitive advantage and the

influence of competitive advantage to organizational performance. This

research is descriptive and verificative by using survey method conducted

at 134 private college in South Sulawesi, with sampling technique using

cluster proportional random sampling method, then the analysis using

verificative analysis based on structural equation model (SEM).

The results of descriptive research show that: (1) human capital is in the

category of moderate to good, (2) relational capital are in the category of

less good to good, (3) organizational capital is in the category of moderate

to good, (4) competitive advantage in the category of moderate to good,

(5) organizational performance in the category less good to good. The

results of verificative research show that: (6) human capital, relational

capital and organizational capital affect simultaneously and significantly to

competitive advantage, (7) human capital have a significant effect on

competitive advantage, (8) relational capital have a significant effect on

competitive advantage, 9) organizational capital have a significant effect

on competitive advantage, (10) competitive advantage have a significant

effect on organizational performance.
