dihancurkan menggunakan belender 1,2 Kg serbuk diekstrak dalam 4.000 ml etanol 70% Larutan disimpan dalam toples tertutup dan dibiarkan sekurang-kurangnya selama 3 jam

   

Massa dipindahkan sedikit demi sedikit

kedalam perkolator sampai cairan mulai

menetes lalu perkolator dibiarkan selama 24

jam Hasil penyarian diuapkan menggunakan rotary

  о evaporator dengan suhu tidak lebih 40 C.

  

Hasil ekstraksi dikeringkan dengan alat

penangas selama 2 hari hingga diperoleh

ekstrak kental.

  

Ekstrak kental diencerkan dengan aquadest

perbandingan 1:10
