Gambaran Kelelahan Kerja Pada Pekerja Peternakan Ayam Broiler di Kecamatan Lampasi Tigo Nagori Kota Payakumbuh Tahun 2016
ABSTRAK
Kelelahan kerja adalah suatu kelompok gejala yang berhubungan dengan
adanya penurunan efisiensi kerja, ketahanan tubuh dalam bekerja, keterampilan
serta peningkatan kecemasan atau kebosanan.
Penelitian merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan tujuan untuk
mengetahui gambaran kelelahan kerja pada pekerja peternakan ayam broiler di
Kecamatan Lampasi Tigo Nagori Kota Payakumbuh tahun 2016. Pengukuran
kelelahan kerja dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner perasaan kelelahan
secara subyektif (Subjective Self Rating Test) dari Industrial Fatigue Research
Committee (IFRC).. Populasi adalah seluruh pekerja yang bekerja di 64
peternakan ayam broiler di Kecamatan Lampasi Tigo Nagori Kota Payakumbuh
sebanyak 64 orang. Besar sampel sebanyak 64 orang dengan teknik pengambilan
sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pekerja peternakan ayam broiler di
Kecamatan Lampasi Tigo Nagori Kota Payakumbuh tahun 2016 mengalami
kelelahan kerja terbanyak pada kelelahan kategori sedang.
Disarankan agar pekerja peternakan mempergunakan waktu istirahat yang
telah disediakan pemilik peternakan dengan baik, memperhatikan waktu istirahat
pada malam hari setelah bekerja agar badan bugar kembali dan melakukan
olahraga seperti menggerak-gerakkan badan atau relaksasi otot-otot tubuh.

ABSTRACT
Occupational fatigue is a group of symptos associated with a decrease in
work efficiency,endurence, skills, and increased anxiety or boredom.
The research is descriptive research in order to know the fatigue
description of poultry farm worker in Lampasi Tigo Nagori district at
Payakumbuh City 2016. Work fatigue measurement was conducted using
Subjective Self Rating Test quetionaires from Industrial Fatigue Research
Committee (IFRC). All of the poultry farm worker in Lampasi Tigo Nagori district
at Payakumbuh City which is 64 people are a population of the research. A
sample size of 64 people with the selection of the sample using Total Sampling
with 64 people as a sample.
The result of this reaserch showed that the poultry farm worker in the
Lampasi Tigo Nagori district at Payakumbuh City 2016 experienced the largest
job burnout of tired category on medium fatigue category.
The poultry farm worker recomended to use the break time who give by the
chief of poaltry farm as good as they can, do the same with break time in the
midnight in order to restore stamina and do the sports like move the body or
relaxation the muscles

olahraga seperti menggerak-gerakkan badan atau relaksasi otot-otot tubuh.
