  dan mengontrol dokumen-dokumen perusahaan serta memfasilitasi kebutuhan terhadap dokumen yang diperlukan. Hal ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi internal perusahaan.

  Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah metodologi analisis dan

  perancangan sistem basis data. Selain itu, metode lain digunakan untuk beberapa bagian penting, seperti perancangan prototipe program aplikasi dan perancangan user interface. Hasil yang dicapai adalah sebuah sistem basis data sistem document filling (archieving) dan prototipe program aplikasi yang mempunyai fungsi menyimpan dan mengatur dokumen perusahaan sesuai dengan rancangan sistem basis data yang telah dirancang.

  Simpulan dari penelitian adalah dokumen-dokumen perusahaan dapat diatur dengan baik, sehingga dapat menigkatkan efisiensi internal perusahaan yang diharapkan dapat menigkatkan produktifitas.
