(Lepidoptera : Noctuidae) Pada Tanaman Tembakau Di Rumah Kasa”. Di bawah
bimbingan M. Chyccu Tobing dan Syahrial Oemry.
Penelitian dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Penyakit Tumbuhan dan Rumah Kasa,
Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Sumatra Utara. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada
bulan Maret-April 2015. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap
(RAL) factorial. Faktor 1 jenis media tumbuh
Beauveria bassiana M0:
Kontrol (Medium DOC PDA 02), M1: serbuk kayu rambung, M2: serbuk kayu
mahoni, M3: serbuk kayu ubi kayu dan faktor 2 waktu aplikasi Beauveria
bassiana S1: Beauveria bassiana di aplikasian setelah Spodoptera, S2: Beauveria
bassiana di aplikasian sebelum Spodoptera. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan:
Preverensi medium dengan konsentrasi spora tertinggi terdapat pada medium
serbuk kayu ubi yaitu sebesar 9.913,333 cfu spora B. bassiana/ 10 g medium
aplikasi. Medium serbuk kayu ubi kayu secara konstan memiliki nilai mortalitas
tertinggi 4-7 Has. Medium serbuk ubi kayu memiliki nilai keparahan serangan
terkecil yaitu 10,270%. Lethal time 50 (LT 50) tercepat terhadap medium terdapat
pada perlakuan medium serbuk kayu ubi yaitu sebesar 4,131 hari.

The research was conducted in Plant Disease Laboratory and Screen House,
Agriculture Faculty, University of Sumatra Utara from March to April 2015. It
was done by using Factorial Completely Randomized Design (FCRD) with first
factor, various medium culture B. bassiana, treatments: M0: control (DOC PDA
02), M1: dust of rubber plant, M2: dust of mahogany, M3: dust of cassava and
second factor application time Beauveria bassiana S1: Beauveria bassiana was
applicated after Spodoptera, S2: Beauveria bassiana was applicated before
Spodoptera. The result showed : Preverention medium with concentration
maximum spores in dust cassava media was 9.913,333 cfu spores B. bassiana/ 10
g application medium. Cassava dust media had constant maximum mortality 4-7
days after application. Cassava dust media had minimum value of severity attack
was 10,270%. Lethal time 50 (LT 50) efectivities on cassava dust media was
4.131 days.
