Pengaruh Karakteristik Pemerintah Daerah Dan Hasil Audit Bpk Terhadap Kinerja Pemerintah Daerah

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh karakteristik pemerintah
daerah (tingkat kekayaan daerah, tingkat ketergantungan pada pusat, belanja
modal) dan hasil pemeriksaan audit BPK (temuan audit dan opini audit) pada
kinerja pemerintah daerah di Indonesia.
Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pemerintah kota / kabupaten di
Indonesia yang memiliki laporan hasil evaluasi pemeringkatan kinerja
penyelenggaraan pemerintahan daerah berdasarkan LPPD tahun 2013. Sampel
dalam penelitian ini adalah 53 pemerintah sampel dengan metode purposive
sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan tingkat kekayaan dan opini memiliki
pengaruh positif terhadap skor kinerja. Sedangkan tingkat ketergantungan, belanja
modal dan temuan audit berpengaruh negatif terhadap skor kinerja pada
Pemerintah daerah di Indonesia.

ABSTRACT

This research aims to examine the influence of the characteristic of local
government (level of wealth, dependence level, and government expenditure) and
the results of the audit (audit finding and audit opinion) to performance of local
government in Indonesia..
The population in this study are all the city / district in Indonesia, which has
the evaluation report ranking the performance of the regional administration
based LPPD 2013. The sample in this study is 53 samples by purposive sampling
method. This research used multiple linear regression analysis.
The results of this study indicate the level of wealth and opinions have a
positive influence on the performance scores. While the level of dependency,
capital expenditures and audit findings negatively affect performance scores on
local government in Indonesia.
