Departemen Luar Negeri Republik Indonesia menyampaikan

Konsuler serta Organisasi Internasional di Indonesia dan merujuk
Nota Edaran No. 322/PKlXII/2006/64 tanggal 28 Desember 2006
dengan
hormat memberitahukan

bahwa dalam pelaksanaan
ketentuan
baru
tersebut
di
atas
(Nota
Edaran
No.
322/PKlXII/2006/64),
Departemen memberikan
masa tenggang
waktu (deadline), kepada Perwakilan Diplomatik, Konsuler dan
Organisasi Internasional
untuk mengajukan klaim pengembalian
Pajak Pertambahan Nilai (PPN) untuk transaksi yang dilakukan pad a
dan setelah tahun 2006, selambat-Iambatnya tanggal 31 Maret
tahun berikutnya.
Departemen Luar Negeri Republik Indonesia menggunakan
kesempatan ini untuk sekali lagi menyampaikan penghargaan yang

setinggi-tingginya
kepada seluruh Perwakilan Diplomatik
dan
Konsuler serta Organisasi Internasional di Indonesia.

The Department of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia
presents its compliments to all tlIe Diplomatic, Consular Missions
and International Organization in Indonesia and with reference to the
Circular Note No. 322/PK/XII/2006/64
dated December 28, 2006,
has the honor to inform All Diplomatic, Consular and International
Organization Missions in Indonesia that in the implementation of the
above-mentioned
new
regulation
(Circular
Note
No.
322/PK/XII/2006/64),
the Department would like to offer the
transition time or "deadline" to the Diplomatic, Consulate and
International Organization Missions to submit the claim for the

reimbursement of VAT from the transaction made in and after the
year of 2006 at the latest on March 31, of the following year.
The Department of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia
avails itself of this opportunity to renew to all Diplomatic, Consular
Missions and International Organization in Indonesia the assurances
of its highest consideration.

bahwa terhitung mulai tanggal 2 J anuari 2007

Pemerintah R.I. memberlakukan ketentuan sebagai berikut:
1. Pembebasan

Pajak Pertambahan
Nilai (PPN) dan Pajak
Penjualan Barang Mewah (PPnBM) atas pembelian barang dan
jasa kena pajak dapat diberikan untuk invoice dan faktur

pajak (standar, sederhana) pada tahun pajak berjalan
(terjadinya transaksi).
2. Batas nilai transaksi dari setiap pembelian barang dan jasa kena
pajak yang dapat diklaim minimal sebesar US $ 200.00 (dua

ratus dollar Amerika Serikat) per-invoice termasuk
pajaknya, dengan nilai kurs Rupiah yang berlaku pada saat itu.
3. Perwakilan DiplOluatik dan Konsuler yang ingin memperoleh
pembebasan
pajak
tersebut
diminta

untuk
mengajukan
permohonan kepada Departemen dan Sekretariat Negara (untuk
Organisasi Internasional) dengan melampirkan Invoice, Faldur

Pajak, Formulir Pembebasan PPN. yang sudah diisi
(terlampir) dan ditanda-tangani oleh Kepala Kantor.
Departemen Luar Negeri Republik Indonesia menggunakan
kesempatan ini untuk sekali lagi menyampaikan penghargaan yang
setinggi-tingginya
kepada seluruh Perwakilan Diplomatik dan
Konsuler serta Organisasi Internasional di Indonesia.

diplomatic facilities services for, has the honor to inform the

following:
1. The exelnption

from the Value-Added Taxes and Taxes of
Luxurious Goods on the purchasing of taxed goods and services
could be granted for the invoices and tax invoices (simple and
standard invoices) in the tax running fiscal year (in the same year
when the transaction is made).

2. The Diplomatic, Consular and International Organization Missions
could only claim the reimbursement of each transaction which
reaches the Minimum Purchase of Requirements (MPRs)
of the US $ 200.00 included the taxes, with its equivalence to
the Rupiah currency in the due course.
3. The DiplOlnatic, Consular and International Organization Missions
in Indonesia who wish to obtain the above-mentioned
taxes
reilnbursement should submit a request in a diplomatic note to the
Department of Foreign Affairs and Office of the State Secretariat
(for the International Organization) by complete the attached forn1

(signed by the Head of Mission) and enclosing the related Original
Invoice, Tax Invoices.
