ABSTRAK
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur sikap, norma subyektif dan
kontrol berperilaku mahasiswa Program Apoteker Universitas Surabaya dalam
menerapkan pharmaceutical care. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuisioner sebagai
alat dalam pengambilan data yang terlebih dahulu diuji coba untuk mengetahui
validitas dan reliabilitasnya terhadap 23 orang mahasiswa Program Apoteker
angkatan 42 Universitas Surabaya. Setelah diperoleh hasil bahwa isi dari kusioner
tersebut valid dan reliabel, maka dilakukan pengambilan data mulai dari bulan
Mei sampai Juni dengan total 40 responden. Tiap butir pernyataan pada kuisioner
dipilih untuk mewakili kegiatan dalam menerapkan pharmaceutical care yang
mengandung prinsip dasar dari pharmaceutical care, yaitu terapi obat, care,
outcome, kualitas hidup dan tanggung jawab yang akan dilakukan oleh apoteker.
Berdasarkan pengambilan data tersebut, diperoleh hasil dan kesimpulan bahwa
seluruh mahasiswa apoteker (100,0%) memiliki sikap yang positif dengan derajat
yang berbeda-beda, 92,5% mahasiswa apoteker memiliki norma subyektif yang
positif dengan derajat yang berbeda-beda dan 95,0% mahasiswa apoteker
memiliki kontrol berperilaku yang positif dengan derajat yang berbeda-beda, serta
rata-rata mahasiswa apoteker memiliki sikap, norma subyektif dan kontrol
berperilaku yang berada pada kategori positif dengan derajat sedang dalam
menerapkan pharmaceutical care.

ABSTRAK
The objective of this study was to measure attitudes, subjective norms and
perceived behavior control apothecary student, University of Surabaya in applying
the pharmaceutical care. Where this study used questionnaires as a tool in data
retrieval tested beforehand to determine the validity and reliability of the 23
students of class 42 Pharmacist Program Universitas Surabaya. Having obtained
the result that the contents of kusioner is valid and reliable research, data
collection is carried out from May to June with a total of 40 respondents. Each
statement on the questionnaire items selected to represent the activities in
implementing pharmaceutical care that contains the basic principles of
pharmaceutical care, the drug treatment, care, outcome, quality of life and
responsibilities to be performed by a pharmacist. Based on data retrieval, the
obtained results and conclusions that the entire student pharmacists (100.0%) have
a positive attitude to varying degrees, 92.5% of students that pharmacists have a
positive subjective norm with varying degrees and 95, 0% of students behave that
pharmacists have a positive control to varying degrees, and the average student
pharmacists have the attitudes, subjective norms and control behavior that is in the
positive category with moderate to implement pharmaceutical care.
