Pengaruh Kinerja Keuangan, Profitabilitas,dan Corporate Social Responsibility terhadap Nilai Perusahaan dengan Good Corporate Governance sebagai Variabel Moderasi

ABSTRAK
PENGARUH KINERJA KEUANGAN, PROFITABILITAS, DAN
CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY TERHADAP NILAI
PERUSAHAAN DENGAN GOOD CORPORATE GOVERNANCE
SEBAGAI VARIABEL MODERASI
(Studi pada perusahaan property dan real estate yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 20102013)
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh kinerja
keuangan (X1), Profitabilitas (X2), Corporate Social Responsibility (X3) dengan
Good Corporate Governance (X4) terhadap nilai perusahaan (Y) sehingga
perusahaan dapat mengaplikasikan variabel mana yang dapat meningkatkan nilai
perusahaan dan menghapus variabel yang menurunkan nilai perusahaan di dalam
sistemnya.
Pengumpulan data sekunder dilakukan melalui laporan perusahaanperusahaan property dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI)
pada tahun 2010 sampai dengan tahun 2013 melalui webside perusahaan, yahoo
finance, dan webside Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) di www.idx.co.id. Penelitian ini
melibatkan 51 perusahaan property dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek
Indonesia (BEI) dari tahun 2010 sampai dengan tahun 2013 sebagai populasi
penelitian dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 16 perusahaan property dan real estate
yang di tarik berdasarkan metode simple random sampling.
Hasil penelitian berdasarkan analisis regresi linier berganda menunjukkan
bahwa variabel kinerja keuangan (ROE), profitabilitas (ROA), dan corporate

social responsibility (CSR) secara parsial menunjukan pengaruh yang signifikan
terhadap nilai perusahaan (PBV) dengan masing-masing signifikansi sebesar
0.000, 0.002, 0.043. Ketiganya lebih kecil dari 0,05. Variabel Kinerja Keuangan
(ROE), Profitabilitas (ROA), dan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) dengan
Good Corporate Governance (GCG) sebagai variabel moderasi secara simultan
berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan Nilai Perusahaan (PBV).
Dan variabel GCG mampu memoderasi hubungan antara ROE, ROA, CSR
terhadap nilai perusahaan (PBV) dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000. Variabel
CSR berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.
