PENGARUH SIKAP, NORMA SUBJEKTIF DAN KENDALI PERILAKU TERHADAP KESADARAN DAN PERILAKU RAMAH LINGKUNGAN PADA TENAGA KESEHATAN DI RUMAH SAKIT.
ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini didasarkan pada teori perilaku terencana (Theory of Planned
Behavior) yang dikembangkan oleh Icek Ajzen. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah
untuk mengetahui pengaruh sikap (attitude toward the behavior), norma subjektif
(subjective norm) dan kendali perilaku (perceived behavioral control) terhadap
kesadaran dan perilaku ramah lingkungan pada tenaga kesehatan yang bekerja di
rumah sakit. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner pada
sampel tenaga kesehatan di kabupaten Karawang. Teknik pengambilan sampel
dilakukan dengan cara pengambilan sampel acak berstratifikasi (stratified random
sampling). Pengolahan data yang didapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan
perangkat lunak smartPLS V. 2.0. dan penarikan kesimpulan dilakukan dengan
membanadingkan t-hitung dengan t-tabel. Dari penelitian yang dilakukan
diketahui bahwa sikap, norma subjektif, kendali perilaku berpengaruh positif
terhadap intensi untuk berperilaku ramah lingkungan dan intensi berpengaruh
positif terhadap perilaku ramah lingkungan tenaga kesehatan yang bekerja di
rumah sakit di kabupaten Karawang.

ABSTRACT
The study was based on the Theory of Planned Behavior developed by Icek Ajzen.
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of attitude toward the
behavior, subjective norm and perceived behavioral control towards awareness
and environmentally friendly behavior in health professionals who work at the
hospital. The research data were collected by distributing questionnaires to a
sample of health workers in Karawang district. The sampling technique is done by
stratified random sampling. Processing the data was performed using the
software smartPLS V. 2.0 and inferences made by comparing the t-value with a ttable. From research conducted in mind that attitudes, subjective norms,
behavioral control positively affected the intention to behave in an
environmentally friendly and intention positively affected environmentally friendly
behavior of health workers who work in hospitals in Karawang district.
