PERSEPSI MAHASISWA FAKULTAS ILMU KEPERAWATAN UNIVERSITAS PADJADJARAN TERHADAP PERILAKU CARING PEMBIMBING PRAKTIK DALAM PEMBELAJARAN PRAKTIKUM DI LABORATORIUM.
ABSTRAK
Caring merupakan kekuatan pendorong utama untuk memotivasi seseorang
untuk masuk ke dalam profesi keperawatan. Caring sebagai sebuah nilai profesional
dan personal, merupakan inti penting dalam menyediakan standar norma yang
mengarahkan tindakan dan perilaku terhadap seseorang.
Penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi
mahasiswa Fakultas Ilmu Keperawatan Universitas Padjadjaran terhadap perilaku
caring pembimbing praktik dalam pembelajaran pratikum di laboratorium. Sebanyak
240 responden diambil dengan teknik propotionate random sampling dari total 597
mahasiswa dari setiap angkatan.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi sebagian besar positif (60,83%)
dengan jumlah 146 mahasiswa dan persepsi negatif sebesar 39,17% berjumlah atau
94 orang dengan hasil rata-rata Nursing students Perception Of Instructor Caring
(NSPIC) responden adalah 137,7 dengan standar deviasi sebesar 16,4. Pelaksanaan
caratif caring pada faktor menanamkan rasa kepercayaan dengan caring (the instill
confidence through caring) dipersepsikan mahasiswa dengan presentase tertinggi
yaitu sebesar 77,8%. Sedangkan faktor kontrol terhadap fleksibilitas (control versus
flexibilty) dipersepsikan mahasiswa negatif atau masih rendah yaitu sebesar 68,8%.
Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa pembimbing praktik telah menunjukkan
perilaku caring dalam pembelajaran pratikum pada mahasiswa di laboratorium.

core standards and norms that direct action towards a person's behavior.
This quantitative descriptive study aimed to determine the perceptions of
students of the Faculty of Nursing, University of Padjadjaran towards Instructors
caring behavior in practicum learning in the laboratory. A total of 240 respondents
taken with propotionate technique of random sampling of the total 597 students from

behavior FIK Padjadjaran in practicum learning in the laboratory mostly positive
(60.83%) 146 students and 39.17% or 94 people perceived negative with score of
NSPIC respondents is 137.7 with a standard deviation of 16.4. Implementation
caratif caring at the instill confidence through caring perceived by students with the
highest percentage of 77.8%. While the control versus flexibilty factor perceived by
students low at 68.8%.
Conclusions of this study showed Instructors had demonstrated caring
behavior pratikum in practicum learning in the laboratory to their students.
