Respons Pertumbuhan dan Produksi Tembakau Deli (Nicotiana tabacumL.) Terhadap Konsentrasi dan Waktu Pemberian Pupuk Organik cair

ABSTRACT
SUCI FATWANI SIREGAR : Response Growth and Production of
Deli Tobacco (Nicotiana tabacumL.) by Giving on concentration and time
application of liquid organic fertilizer. Supervised by ASIL BARUS and IRSAL.
This research has been conducted to study theresponse in growth and
production of tobacco Deli on concentration and time application of liquid
organic fertilizer.This research has been conducted in screen house at
the
Faculty of Agriculture, University of Sumatera Utara, Medan
(± 25
m above sea level) during November 2015 until January 2016 using factorial
randomized block design with two factors are concentrationof liquid organic
fertilize(0; 5 ; 10 ; 15 ml/L) and time application liquid organic fertilizer
{(7,14);(14,21);(21,42) day}. The parameters observed were plant height,
diameter of stem, numbers of leaf, width of sand leaf, width of the first foot
leaves, long of sand leaves, long of the first foot leaves, thickness of sand leaf,
thickness of the first foot leaves, wet weight of sand leaf and dry weight of first
foot leaf. The results of the research showed that concentrate of liquid organic
fertilizer significantly affected in parameters plant height, diameter of stem,
numbers of leaf, long of sand leaf, long of the first foot leaf, width of sand leaf,
and wet weight of sand leaf. Time application of liquid organic fertilizer

significantly affected in parameters plant height and long of sand leaves. Both of
interaction unsignificantly affected to all parameters.

Pemberian Pupuk Organik Cair. Dibimbing Oleh ASIL BARUS dan IRSAL.
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pertumbuhan dan
produksi tembakau Deli terhadap konsentrasi dan waktu pemberian pupuk organik
cair (POC). Penelitian ini dilakukan di Rumah Kasa Fakultas Pertanian
Universitas Sumatera Utara, Medan (± 25 m dpl) pada bulan
November 2015 – Januari 2016 menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok
faktorial dengan 2 faktor yaitu konsentrasi POC (0 ; 5 ; 10 ; 15 ml/L) dan interval
pemberian POC {(7,14);(14,21);(21,42) hari}. Parameter yang diamati adalah
tinggi tanaman, diameter batang, jumlah daun, lebar daun pasir, lebar daun kaki I,
panjang daun pasir, panjang daun kaki I, tebal daun pasir, tebal daun kaki I,

berat basah daun pasir, berat basah daun kaki 1,berat kering daun pasir,
berat kering daun kaki1.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsentrasi pupuk
organik cair berpengaruh nyata terhadap parameter tinggi tanaman,diameter
batang, jumlah daun, panjang daun pasir, panjang daun kaki 1, lebar daun pasir,
dan berat basah daun pasir. Waktu pemberian pupuk organik cair berpengaruh
nyata terhadap parameter tinggi tanaman pada 18 HSPT dan panjang daun pasir.
Interaksi keduanya tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap semua parameter.
