Abstract
The Church at PNIEL Wayame GPM Ambon which has a wide range of information
such as profile information of the Church, Church information, information assembly areas,
the information Minister, the amount of income and expenditure financial Church, and other
church information. A problem was found that most of the information about the citizens of
the Church are still in the form of hardcopy so that if any time is needed, the administration
of the Church must find the archives back to get the required the data. Method that is used to
build this Church management information system is a method of Prototype with the user
directly involved with design and analysis, because it is very effective for the corrected
system. In addition to this prototype method also gradually and quickly, so that it can
immediately in the evaluation by users. Information systems that are built can help the
Secretary, Treasurer, and Chair of the Church to obtain information about the number of
churches, the position of the Church's financial reports, news and the information about the
church every week.

Abstrak
Gereja GPM PNIEL Wayame Ambon yang memiliki berbagai macam informasi seperti
informasi profil gereja, informasi jemaat, informasi majelis wilayah, informasi pendeta, jumlah
pemasukan dan pengeluaran keuangan gereja, dan informasi-informasi gereja lainnya. Permasalahan
yang ditemukan yaitu sebagian besar informasi mengenai warga jemaat masih tersimpan dalam
bentuk hardcopy sehingga apabila setiap saat dibutuhkan, bagian administrasi gereja harus mencari
kembali arsip-arsip tersebut untuk mendapatkan data yang dibutuhkan. Metode yang di gunakan untuk
membangun sistem informasi manajemen Gereja ini adalah metode prototype dengan melibatkan user
secara langsung dengan analisis dan perancangan, karena sangat efektif untuk pengkoreksian sistem.
Selain itu juga metode prototype ini bertahap dan cepat sehingga dapat segera di evaluasi oleh
pengguna. Sistem informasi yang dibangun dapat membantu Sekretaris, Bendahara, dan Ketua Jemaat
untuk memperoleh informasi mengenai jumlah jemaat, posisi laporan keuangan gereja, dan informasi
warta jemaat setiap minggunya.
