Mathematics is still considered as a hard and abstract subject by the students. The
study was done at SMPN 1 Wonomerto by using the PLOMP model development.
For the first phase got the data that the 8th grade students' score was still low. It
could be proved from the odd score table in 2014-2015. The next phase 'vas
design. In this phase the delivered the 1st prototype learning equipment which
was validited by two master validitors and practician validitors. The fo1irth phase
was evaluation phase, test and revision. On the fourth phase was done a process of
Lesson Plan validation. It was done by the two master and one practician and the
result was 4,2 in average. The validation of worksheet was 4 in average. The
formative test was 4,2 in average. From the test result gotten the data ZQNセ@ follows :
the average of teachers ability when the managed the class was 4,01. It showed
that the learning equipment by using Realistic Mathematics Education based
Scientific Approach was eligible of learning and teaching process equipment
practice and teacher was able to manage the learning well. From the student's test
activity of score 4 showed that most of the students were active in joining the
learning process by Using RME based Scientific Approach. Most of students were
happy in joining the learning process. Something that make students li:.1ppy was
wi1en they had opportunity to solve the problems by using solving pro'.
