  Puji dan syukur penulis panjatkan kehadirat Tuhan Yang Maha Esa atas rahmat-Nya sehingga Laporan Teori & Program Projek Akhir Arsitektur Perode LXVIII, Semester Gasal, Tahun 2015/2016 dengan judul “Gedung Konser di Kota Surabaya” ini dapat terselesaikan dengan baik. Penulisan Landasan Teori ini diajukan untuk memenuhi salah satu persyaratan guna memperoleh gelar Sarjana Strata 1 (S1), Progdi Arsitektur, Fakultas Arsitektur dan Desain, Universitas Katolik Soegijapranata Semarang.
