DAN INEDIBLE ITIK JANTAN LOKAL UMUR 0-4 MINGGU

ABSTRAK
Penelitian Mengenai Pengaruh Tingkat Energi Metabolis Ransum
terhadap Edible dan In edible Itik Jantan Lokal Umur 0-4 MInggu, telah
dilaksanakan di Jl. Raya Barat, No. 90, Cicalengka, Kab. Bandung, Jawa Barat.
Peubah yang diamati kadar edible adalah karkas, giblet dan leher, sedangkan in
edible antara lain darah, bulu, kepala, kaki, usus, dan lemak abdominal.
Penelitian menggunakan metode eksperimental melalui Rancangan Acak
Lengkap (RAL) dengan tiga perlakuan dan tujuh ulangan. Perlakuan berupa
level energi metabolis ransum (R1 = 2800 Kkal/kg, R2 = 3000 Kkal/kg, R3 =
3200 Kkal/kg) dengan kandungan protein 21 persen. Hasil penelitian
menunjukkan bahwa level energi metabolis ransum tidak berpengaruh terhadap
bobot edible dan in edible. Berdasarkan hasil diketahui bahwa pemberian
ransum mengandung protein 21 persen dengan energi metabolis 2800 Kkal/kg
ataupun energi metabolis terendah sudah menunjang atas pencapaian bobot
edible, dan tanpa melibatkan perubahan pada in edible Itik Jantan Lokal umur
0-4 minggu.

ABSTRACT

Research Regarding the Effect of metabolic energy ration rate on the
edible and inedible local duck male age 0-4 weeks, has been implemented in the
JI. Raya Barat, no. 90, Cicalengka, Bandung district, West Java . The variables
measured edible are carcass, giblet and neck, while inedible are blood,
feathers, head, feet, intestines, and abdominal fat. This research used
experimental methode Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with three
replications and seven repetition. Treatment of metabolic energy in the form of
ration level (R1 = 2800 Kcal / kg, R2 = 3000 Kcal / kg, R3 = 3200 Kcal / kg) with
a protein content 21 percent. The results showed that the level of metabolic
energy ration no effect on weight in edible and inedible. Based on these results

the data concluded that the rations with containing 21 percent protein and
metabolic energy 2800 kcal / kg or lowest metabolic energy was support the
achievement the weight edible and non-edible of Local Male Duck up until 0-4
weeksage.
