Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Adakah hubungan antara reaction
level, learning level, dan behavior level pelatihan Junior Management Development Program
(JMDP)
dengan
kinerja
pegawai
peserta
pelatihan.
Penulisan ini menggunakan metode korelasional dengan analisis data inferensial.
Penelitian ini menggunakan Conditioning of Learning Theory dari Robert M.Gagne. Populasi
dari penelitian ini adalah pegawai PT. Pertamina (Persero) yang mengikuti pelatihan Junior
Management Development Program. Ukuran populasi sebanyak 304 orang. Pengambilan sampel
menggunakan teknik sampling berstrata proporsional dengan ukuran sampel sebanyak 75 orang.
Data yang diperoleh kemudian diuji dan dianalisa dengan menggunakan analisa statistik
deskriptif dan inferensial dalam bentuk perhitungan Rank Spearman yang digunakan untuk
menghitung skala ordinal-ordinal dan Wilcoxon’s Theta (θ) yang digunakan untuk menghitung
skala
nominal-ordinal.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis diterima dan terdapat hubungan antara
reaction level, learning level, dan behavior level dalam pelatihan Junior Management
Development
Program
dengan
kinerja
pegawai
peserta
pelatihan.
Simpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara reaction
level dan behavior level pelatihan JMDP dengan kinerja pegawai peserta pelatihan, dan terdapat
hubungan yang rendah antara learning level pelatihan JMDP dengan kinerja pegawai peserta
pelatihan.

The purpose of this research was to determine Is there the relationship between reaction
level, learning level, and behavior level of training Junior Management Development Program
with
employee
performance
of
trainee.
This research used correlation method with inferential data analysis. This research used
Conditioning of Learning Theory from Robert M.Gagne. Population in this research are PT
Pertamina (Persero) employee who attended training of Junior Management Development
Program (JMDP). The number of population as much as 304 peoples. The sampling method
used proportional stratified sampling with the number of sample as much as 75 peoples. The
data obtained are then tested and analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical analysis
in the form of calculating Spearman Rank which is used to calculate ordinal-ordinal scale and
Wilcoxon’s
Theta
(θ)
which
is
used
to
calculate
nominal-ordinal
scale.
The research results showed the hypothesis was accepted and there’s a relationship
between reaction level, learning level and behavior level on Junior Management Development
Program
with
employee
performance
of
trainee.
The conclusion of this research is, there are a significant relationship between reaction
level and behavior level on JMDP Training with employee performance of trainee, and low
relationship between learning level on JMDP Training with employee performance of trainee.
