RINGKASAN
Petra Musik adalah tempat penjualan alat musik yang fokus pada bidang
usaha yang menitikberatkan pelayanan, harga, dan kualitas barang yang unggul
dibanding dengan yang lain. Kurangnya media promosi tentang produk yang di
jual, harga jual barang yang mahal, dan semakin sulitnya pelanggan
mendapatkan barang atau produk yang diinginkan menjadikan permasalahan
baru yang timbul. Omset penjualan yang terus menurun dan mengakibatkan
target penjualan yang sering tidak tercapai. Dengan adanya permasalahan
tersebut maka diperlukan sebuah sistem yang mampu membantu penjualan dan
pemesanan alat musik tanpa harus memaksa pelanggan untuk datang langsung
ke toko. Memberikan pelayanan dan kemudahan kepada semua pelanggan,
membantu pelanggan dalam mencari barang yang sesuai keinginan dan harga
yang lebih murah dari yang lain. Sistem penjualan online ini merupakan sistem
yang dapat digunakan untuk menangani proses penjualan produk tunai. Sistem
ini memiliki keunggulan utama yaitu kecepatan akses dan sistem yang dapat di
akses dari manapun karena berbasis web. Metode pengembangan sistem yang
digunakan yaitu metode waterfall, sedangkan metode perancangan sistem
menggunakan

Unified


Modelling

Language(UML).

Dengan

demikian

diharapkan dapat menghasilkan rancangan sistem baru yang dapat membantu
permasalahan pada Toko Musik “Petra Musik” di Kudus.

ABSTRACT
Petra Musik is a musical instrument sales center that focuses on the business field
that emphasizes the service, price, and quality of goods that are superior compared
to others. The lack of promotional media about the product being sold, the
expensive selling price of the goods, and the more difficult the customer getting
the desired product or product make new problems arise. The declining sales
turnover and resulting sales targets are often not achieved. With the existence of
such problems then needed a system that able to assist sale and ordering of

musical instrument without having to force the customer to come directly to store.
Provide service and convenience to all customers, assist customers in finding
goods that suit the desires and prices are cheaper than others. This online sales
system is a system that can be used to handle the sales process of cash products.
This system has the main advantages of access speed and system that can be
accessed from anywhere because web-based. System development method used is
waterfall method, while system design method using Unified Modeling Language
(UML). It is thus expected to produce a new system design that can help the
problem at Music Store "Petra Musik" in Kudus.
