College of Rheumatology (ACR) 1997 tapi masih menjadi sebllah kontroversi.

clinical a.~pectidentification of LE-cell on supporting diagnosis SLE disease.
A retrospective study was done to the data of medical record and preparation
LE-cell of the suspected SLE patients in Doctor Hasan Sadikin General Hospital
(RSHS) Bandung. The criteria of positive LE-cells are in 1 LE-cell preparation
was found 2:2 LE cells. The data was analyzed by diagnostic test.
The percentage of positive LE-cell.~' was 75.4% in SLE patient. The validity of
LE-cells examination is afollow Sensitivity is 85.71% and Specitifity is 82.60%.

(NPN) melalui persamaan berikut,
Sensitivitas =
a
a+c
Kemampuan

seluruh
kemungkinan
subjek

Spesitifitas = ~
b+d
Kemampuan
Spesitifitas
alat diagnostik
Nilai Prediksi Positif (NPP) =
a
a+ b
Adalah probabilitas seseorang menderita penyakit apabila uji diagnostiknya
positif.
38
Nilai Prediksi Negatif (NPN) =
d
b+d
Adalah
probabilitas
diagnostiknya
seseorang

menderita
penyakit
negatif. Oalam hal ini NPN merupakan perbandingan
apabila
