KEANEKARAGAMAN MAKROZOOBENTOS DI SUNGAI BAH
BINOMAN DESA MARJANDI EMBONG KECAMATAN PANOMBEIAN
PANEI KABUPATEN SIMALUNGUN
ABSTRAK
Keanekaragaman makrozoobentos di Sungai Bah Binoman Desa Marjandi
Embong Kecamatan Panombeian Panei Kabupaten Simalungun telah diteliti pada
bulan April 2016. Penentuan titik lokasi penelitian menggunakan metode
“Purposive Sampling” pada tiga lokasi yang berbeda berdasarkan aktivitas
masyarakat. Hasil penelitian diperoleh 19 genera makrozoobentos yang
diklasifikasikan ke dalam 3 filum, 4 kelas, 11 ordo dan 17 famili. Nilai kepadatan
tertinggi terdapat genera Chimarra di stasiun 1 sebesar 46,30 ind/m2. Nilai indeks
keanekaragaman (H’) tertinggi terdapat pada stasiun 2 sebesar 2,39
(keanekaragaman sedang). Nilai famili biotik indeks (FBI) pada stasiun 1 sebesar
3,190 (sangat baik), stasiun 2 sebesar 5 (baik), dan stasiun 3 sebesar 5,974
(kurang baik). Kejenuhan oksigen dan suhuh berkorelasi sangat kuat terhadap
keanekaragaman makrozoobentos.

ABSTRACT
Macrozoobentos Diversity in Bah Binoman River, Marjandi Embong Village,
District of Panombeian Panei, Simalungun Regency has been observed in April
2016. Determination of the research station using “Purposive Sampling
Methode” at three different locations based on activities in the study area. The
result of the study recognized 19 genera of macrozoobentos belonging to 3 phyla,
4 classes, 11 ordos, and 17 families. Genera Chimarra had the highest density
with 46,30 ind/m2 found at station 1. The highest diversity was found at station 2
with 2,39 (fair diversity). The Family Biotic Index (FBI) value of station 1 is 3,190
(excellent), station 2 is 5 (good), and station 3 is 5.974 (fairly poor). Oxygen
saturation and temperature are evidently correlated to the macrozoobentos
diversity.
