In order to be sustainable City the following quetions should be

modality a Does the local government has the longterm safety
and is the planning addressed to overcome the criminality issue and violence? Do all the
stakeholders feel comfortable and secure in the local planningdesign? Does the design consider also the
aspect of the children as the users?
b Can the existing planning overcome the problems of noise as well as affect the existing visual aspect?
c Do all stakeholders including passive stakeholders became as consideration in the planning? Is the local
commmunity also fight for the children rights and involved in decision making?

a Is there any academic analysis in making the policy ? Have the academic analyse already made to
overcome the problem including consider the longterm perspective? How is the role of academic
and practician in decision or policy making?
b Could the financial of the city support all the solutions in longterm?
c Is there any education planning for the people and education programm which attached with the
environment for the community? d Can the analyse be accessed and approved by the
majority of stakeholders?

a Do the planning and design of the city Surabaya as the historical city include the restoration programm
in conserving the conservation or historical area ? Do the innovation based on the local value?
b How is the role of the people participation or community in the heritage or conservation program?
c Could the planning increase the life standard and culture
