c. Loan Collateral The loans are generally collateralized by registered mortgages, powers of attorney to mortgage
or sell pledged assets, time deposits or other guarantees acceptable to Bank Mandiri. d. Government Program Loans
Government program loans consist of investment loans, permanent working capital loans and working capital loans which can be fully funded by the Government.
e. Syndicated Loans The syndicated loans represent loans provided to customers under syndication agreements with
other banks. Bank Mandiri’s share as facility agent in syndicated loans ranged from 4.50 to 77.54, 4.50 to 79.24 and 4.5 to 79.35 of the total syndicated loans as of June 30, 2004
and 2003, and April 30, 2003, respectively. Bank Mandiri’s total participation in syndicated loans ranged from 0.07 to 75, 0.33 to 58.41 and 0.10 to 58.13, of the total syndicated
loans as of June 30, 2004 and 2003 and April 30, 2003, respectively.
