I n connect ion wit h t he Silver Expert Program m e of Japan referred t o in t he Record of Discussions m ade by Japan I nt ernat ional Cooperat ion Agency
and Sekret ariat Kabinet of I NDONESI A, dat ed April 14 , 1997 t he Governm ent of JAPAN hereby proposes t he dispat ch of
a silver expert in t he field of t o t he Governm ent of Japan. Not es—The careful com plet ion of t his proposal form will avoid m uch reference back and
lead t o speedier act ion.
