Theory Of Literature it is called intrinsic approach. According to them 1977:139:
“Intrinsic approach is the natural and sensible starting point for work in literary scholarship is the
interpretation and analysis of the works of literature themselves.”
It means that she will not try to relate the text with outside elements, such as biography, history, philosophy etc.

book consists of four parts. Out of the four parts, part three, that is about the extrinsic approach to the study of literature, and part four, that is about “
