Net Open Position calculation as at 31 December 2010, 2009 and 2008, based on Bank Indonesia’s Regulation No. 737PBI2005 dated 30 September 2005. In accordance with that
regulation, the overall Net Open Position ratio is the sum of the absolute amount from the net difference between assets and liabilities for each foreign currency on balance sheet Rupiah
equivalent and the net difference between receivables and payables from commitments and contingencies for each foreign currency Rupiah equivalent recorded in off balance sheet account.
The on balance sheet position is the net difference between total assets and liabilities for each currency Rupiah equivalent.
