Upaya peningkatan pelayanan atas kebutuhan masyarakat terhadap angkutan kota membuat
pemerintah membuat kebijakan pemerataan rute angkutan kota ke semua wilayah di kota
Bojonegoro hingga mencapai seluruh daerah pemukiman. Hal tersebut secara tidak langsung
menyebabkan pada beberapa trayek angkutan kota mengalami jarak tempuh dan arah rute yang
berbenturan, sehingga diperlukan suatu evaluasi untuk mengetahui tingkat efisiensi trayek-trayek
angkutan kota tersebut. Metode survey dilaksanakan dengan cara ikut angkutan serta di titik-titik
lokasi tertentu sepanjang trayek. Trayek yang ditinjau adalah trayek lyn A dan lyn E. Tingkat
efisiensi angkutan diperoleh dari hasil wawancara terhadap penumpang dan pengemudi kedua
trayek. Analisa data dilakukan terhadap waktu operasional, penghasilan pengemudi, kecepatan
perjalanan, kuisioner terhadap penumpang dan pengemudi, biaya operasi kendaraan, serta load
factor, angkutan kota trayek tinjauan. Jarak yang ditempuh angkutan kota trayek lyn A dan lyn E
adalah sepanjang 14 km dan 15 km. Hasil kuisioner terhadap penumpang lyn A menunjukkan
42,4% menganggap bahwa trayek lyn A merupakan trayek yang sesuai jarak-waktu dan 54,3%
menganggap bahwa trayek lyn A masih merupakan trayek yang efisien. Sedangkan kuisioner
terhadap penumpang lyn E menyatakan 43,8% menganggap bahwa trayek lyn E merupakan
trayek yang sesuai jarak-waktu dan 52,5% menganggap bahwa trayek lyn E merupakan trayek
yang efisien. Menurut persepsi pengemudi, pendapatan bersih rata-rata pengemudi trayek lyn A
sebesar Rp 65.300,- dan rata-rata pengemudi trayek lyn E memiliki pendapatan bersih sebesar
Rp 60.900,- setiap harinya. Sedangkan menurut perhitungan biaya operasi kendaraan yang
dikeluarkan dan tarif seharusnya berlaku, keuntungan yang diperoleh pengemudi dan atau
pengusaha angkutan lyn A adalah sebesar Rp 212.186,88 setiap harinya serta Rp 159.769,5
untuk trayek lyn E. Pendapatan tersebut lebih banyak jika dibandingkan dengan nilai UMR
Bojonegoro (2007) yaitu Rp 550.000,- per bulannya. Atau sebesar Rp 22.000,- per harinya. Load
factor per rit trayek lyn A sebesar 133,9% dan 122,4% untuk trayek lyn E
Abstract
Efforts to improve service for the public transportation needs of the community to make the
government make policy even distribution of city transport routes to all areas of the city Bojonegoro to
reach all residential areas. This indirectly causes in some cities experienced transportation route mileage
and route directions collide, requiring an evaluation to determine the efficiency of route-level transit
route city. Method of survey carried out by means of transportation as well as participate in a specific
location points along the route. Route under consideration is the route lyn lyn A and E. Level of
transport efficiency is obtained from interviews of both passenger and driver route. The data analysis
conducted on the operational time, the driver's income, travel speed, questionnaires to passengers and
the driver, vehicle operating costs, as well as load factor, the public transportation route review.
Distance public transportation routes lyn lyn A and E is along the 14 km and 15 km. Results of
questionnaires to passengers lyn A showed 42.4% consider that route lyn A is the appropriate route
distance-time and 54.3% consider that route lyn A is still an efficient route. While the questionnaires to
the passengers lyn E states 43.8% consider that route lyn E is the appropriate route distance-time and
52.5% consider that route lyn E represents an efficient route. According to the driver's perception, the
average net income of the driver's route lyn is Rp 65,300, - and the average route driver lyn E had net
revenue of Rp 60,900, - every day. Meanwhile, according to the calculation of vehicle operating costs
incurred and the rates should apply, the benefits of driver and or transportation entrepreneur lyn A is
Rp 212,186.88 per day and USD $ 159,769.5 to route lyn E. The income is more than minimum wage
value Bojonegoro (2007), Rp 550.000, - per month. Or Rp 22,000, - per day. Load factor of trips per route
lyn A of 133.9% and 122.4%, to stretch lyn E.
