This study aims was to analyze the self-esteem, self-efficacy, learning motivation,
and academic achievement of high school students in various learning models. The study
involved 26 students of the acceleration class, 30 students of the international class and
30 students of the regular class in the city of Bogor. Primary data in this study were selfesteem, self-efficacy, and learning motivation which include internal and external
motivatio. Students achievement data was collected through report card. Data was
collected by observation techniques and self-report with the help of a questionnaire. The

intrinsic motivation between the three classes (p < 0,05) where the regular class has the
best intrinsic motivation, the second is the SBI and the third is the acceleratio n class.
