3.2. Confidentiality

Insan SUCOFINDO in using the Company’s data and information for decision making purpose to improve the Company’s added must pay attention to the following rules: 1 Apply adequate data security systems. 2 Give relevant data and information proportionally to relevant stakeholders in accordance with applicable laws and maintaining the confidentiality and interests of the Company. 3 Prohibited distributing confidential data and information to other unauthorized parties whether during or after employment. 4 Submit all data relating to the Company upon termination. 5 Maintain the confidentiality of data and information of Customers.

3.3. Company’s Property

3.4. Security, Health and Safety and

Environment Insan SUCOFINDO shall take security, occupational safety and health and environment as part of work culture to build orderly, safe, reliable, convenient and environmentally friendly working atmosphere by: 1 Implementing the 5S culture Seiri, Seiso, Seiton, Shitsuke, Seiketsu continuously at work environment. 2 Make themselves familiar with and understand work situation and conditions and implement occupational security, occupational safety and health and environment consistently, 3 Give quick response to emergencies caused by security, accident, pollution, and natural disasters.

3.5. Records and Reporting

Insan SUCOFINDO shall manage data and submit well-prepared, accurate and punctual report by: 28 PT SUCOFINDO PERSERO 1 Recording data and preparing reports based on accurate, trustworthy, and accountable sources. 2 Making report and analysis presentation briefly, clearly, precisely, and communicatively to help decision making process and feedback to improve performance. 3 Prohibited concealing any data and report that should be submitted.

3.6. Conflict of Interest and Abuse of Position

Insan SUCOFINDO shall avoid any condition, situation, or impression which may cause a conflict of interest and abuse of position by: 1 Complying with regulations, systems, and procedures set. 2 Not owning sharesownership in the Company’s Business Partners or Competitors, including husbandwife and childrensondaughter in-law. 3 Not running any business which is directly related to the Companys activities, including husbandwife and childrenson daughter in-law. 4 Not having dual position and or working as employee for other company, 29
